Every time my family makes an online order, some how every single sandwich is made incorrectly with ingredients not asked for and so much sauce on it you can’t even enjoy it!
To add to it after complaining and calling it in they said don’t worry about the sub and come get a new one, and when I show up they then say I need the old sub and the receipt, so another wasted round trip!? This place is absolute garbage and the manager must be proud of it apparently.

The Subway in Pampa, TX is a typical subway, but it shines much brighter!! There are two ladies who work there in the evening that always go above and beyond. They greet me like family and I love it!!! The sandwiches and salads are to die for. I usually get a salad and it is always made to perfection. I have actually called there and asked for a salad. If one of those ladies is there I just give my name and I have a perfect salad waiting for me. Thank you Subway!!!

I received coupons for Subway today 9/24/24 in the mail. That sounded great for dinner. went there, and they said they are not accepting coupons. Blamed it on their corporate offices. Sorry Subway. I will never go to you again. Grocery stores make better subs than you anyway. Let corporate know that mostly it is about convenience.

I gotta brag on the 2 young men that were working tonight! I managed Subway in the past & I never had a crew that friendly and efficient!!!! I give them a 10! Second time I’ve been both times they didn’t have lettuce. Was going to use a coupon that I’d gotten in the mail. Store owner would not honor the coupon and says they don’t accept any coupons. I asked for pickles on my footlong sub and she placed one single pickle on the sub and that was it

The employee making my sandwich was putting very little on there. I kept having to ask for more to make it be a good sandwich. The sandwich my husband made hardly had anything on it cause the employee didn’t put much on it. I pay quite a bit for these sandwiches I want it to be good.

Super disappointed that our Pampa location isn’t participating with the coupons. An 11.87 foot long is a lot and out of my budget. However with the coupons I would’ve been able to eat there a lot more frequently. Too bad. Sure do love their food.

This place receives 5 stars based solely on the young lady working today! On a Sunday around 1:20pm, she was the only employee working. There were about 15 people in line, and she did an outstanding job! She handle everyone of us with great service and great timing!
