I go to subway all the time and sometimes customer service is good. This time I went was a few days ago there was a young gentleman named Albert he was very respectful and made a nice sandwich for meee. It was the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten from there. And the best customer service I’ve gotten in a while.

I tried this Subway for the first time and I will not be back. There was a long black hair in my sandwich! Disgusting. I had two sandwiches and a pretzel toasted and they came out slightly warm. Their ovens aren’t working properly. The meatballs looked old and the sauce was very watery and light red. Definitely not made correctly. The pretzel came out of the fridge and was heated up and when I got home it was still doughy inside.

Any time I go to subway I always get the steak egg & cheese flat bread. This Subway in particular NEVER has any egg, and they really screw you on the portion size with the steak. Everything else is fine, but I’m personally not even gonna try coming here anymore.

Horrible service and attitude to match, the girl made my sandwich wrong then had an attitude when I asked her why she put it on white bread after I asked for wheat 3 times. High noon on a Saturday and only 1 person working, smh

Have come here for years but not coming here anymore. My sandwich was slopped together I got a deluxe meatball footlong on the new garlic bread. The girl smashed it, it was so soggy it was dripping grease from the butter, she refused to toast it and make it the way I wanted. She was rude the entire time to every customer & not friendly at all. There was no manager there as usual and a long line. Took this sandwich to the shop in Castroville and they were appalled by it and disgusted. I had them make me a new sandwich and it was amazing. This one I got from Hondo went in the trash it wasn’t edible at all, I wouldn’t even leave this trash out for the possum living under my barn to eat! Waste of $$. Apparently they get complaints about this girl all the time and are familiar with her. I’ll never get another sandwich from this location. And I submitted a complaint online and a manager called and didn’t offer anything to fix the problem I had. She just said she’d retrain the staff lol good luck with that. You lost a regular customer poor customer service, poor food, poor everything. Stay away. Walmart has deli subs better than this for 1/4th the price.

Well the manager there was very very rude, I requested my sub sandwich to have lettuce & tomatoes she stated they had no more tomatoes so i still said that’s fine I’ll just take it with avacado then she told us no we don’t have avacado either It made me feel like maybe she just didn’t like me. I must mention it was 5:00 pm , they still had till 8 for closing, So it’s hard to believe that, They did not have any I honestly believe she just was lazy and did not want to go cut it up. My husband even mentioned to her I’ll go buy the tomatoes and avocado for my wife here at Walmart but will you put it in her sandwich And she rolled her eyes very rudely and told the other worker to check us out. I just went ahead and cancel it all for that I’ll go into Walmart and buy everything I need to make a good sub sandwich I just paid for my son’s pizza and left. After an experience like that I will not give my business there again until I see her gone.

Asked for a chicken teriyaki sub and the girl behind the counter was giving me about half the usual scoops of chicken because they were running low I’m sure. Asked for her to do it properly and was told I would get charged extra. Very bad service to try and take advantage of your customers and skimp on the ingredients. 1 star all day long.
