You cannot make this up… I ordered a protein bowl and added bacon for the extra protein. They gave me like eight slices! Which would be awesome if it wasn’t RAW!! Raw and not cut up at all! Are you serious???

Order was taken at drive up windows. Watched 4 walk in customers walk in and out with orders while I’m still sitting waiting on my order. Server said I wasn’t the only customer. Explained to him what I saw. Only comment was close window on me. Never again!!!

I really appreciate what Jay the general Manager did for me tonight, I really didn’t want a burger so I came as they were already closing up but he went up and beyond instructing his employees to get the veggies back out and finish my sub , I really appreciate that customer service , Thank you Jay and the subway club

I love Subway and this particular one used to be great. The sandwiches are still the same great sandwiches and the cuatomer service is the best ! However, it’s no longer 5 star worthy right now… in my opinion. There’s a young lady working that always is in a frenzy and looks like a nervous wreck all the time. She’s friendly and kind and seems like she’s a hard worker but like I said… a little off-beat. But hey who isn’t these days, right ? Unfortunately, this gentleman that seems to me to be a manager or shift leader maybe… hes always so incredibly attentive to the customers and like just a super cool kinda guy anyway on this past visit there was just so much frustration, snappy-ness, tention between the two of them… i get it really but it should be handled a bit more professionally. Either way, if that one little situation gets dealt with or at least is kept away from customers a bit more, theyll go back to that perfect 5 stars.

I used to have a good experience but whoever the new girl is that currently works there is rude, mean and thinks she’s funny. Me and my boyfriend are allergic to mayo, I didn’t order mayo and when I saw she added mayo I warned her about our allergies so she scraped it off, told her to replace the bread entirely and she grabs new bread with gloves covered in mayo so she had to grab more bread. Then after she gave us attitude she then procedes to not even put on the right sauce again. I will never eat here again. $20 for sandwiches I couldn’t even eat and a disgusting employee with 0 common sense or ability to even make a sandwich.

lol, the younger guy working there when I went was completely useless. Said all of 5 words to ask what sandwich and I wanted and with what toppings. Told him I only wanted 4 slices on the hot shot Italiano and he put probably 12 lol. I reiterated I only wanted 4 so he took some off but left a stack of cheese that probably had 5 or 6 slices all stuck together as if that was 4. I told him no, take it apart I just want 4 slices. Don’t think he said another word after that. The other employees were nice enough but management needs to provide constructive training for this individual or put out a want ad.

I placed an order through the SUBWAY® app. I ordered my daughter, a kids meal which included the juice box and a fruit pouch. I also ordered a foot-long churro and a foot-long cookie, and when I went to the restaurant to pick up my food, they told me that they did not have the churro and that they did not have the cookie and that they could not refund me my money so to replace, the churro and the cookie they gave me six cookies six cookies was valued at about four dollars but I paid seven dollars for the cookie and the churro and when I got home they did not give me my daughters kids meal. They only gave me her sandwich. The rest of the kids meal was missing so I very much over paid the employees at this restaurant said that they could not refund me my money because they were new there and that they didn’t know how

I’m in Wyoming and a former police officer. Last week I called this store and tried to order sandwiches for the police department. I was told that I could only do that online. Considering what had happened there, I thought I might be able to place an order and have someone stop by to get them. I mistakenly thought they might be able to give a little discount or help me get the most for my money.
After I got the same response from Pizza Hut and Dominoes, I called the Golden Chicken. I told them what I was trying to do and they happily took my order. I then called the police department. I talked to someone in the records division and told them what I had done. I asked if they had time to send a quick text letting me know they received the order. About 15 minutes later they called and said they received much more than $50 worth of chicken. They were very appreciative. I called the Golden Chicken back and thanked them.
I contacted Subway headquarters this morning and was told they have no control over what that store does and they really don’t care.
So… If you were affected by that horrible tragedy, are set on Subway, I would like to recommend you patronize the Golden Chicken.
I contacted Pizza Hut again that day and had a conversation with the manager. They were sending food to the police and school and wherever they thought it was needed. Please patronize them as well.

How about you guys remove the cookies off your menu all together for this location since they never have any…This time around I placed my order online (at 4 pm) with approx. ready time saying 20 minutes. I received a phone call saying they didn’t have any cookies (as usual) and it would take 15 minutes to bake more. For The Love Of Pete Put them cookies in the oven and I still would’ve had 5 minutes to spare. The people are super sweet and the sandwiches are average subway sandwiches. *end rant*
