Although I don’t frequent this location very often, when I do it’s most excellent I especially like how I get treated/greeted by the employees, like today for example, I placed an online order and before I headed out on my bike to pick it up, an employee called me to inform me that they were out of what I had ordered, so after talking about it w/them, we agreed on a substitute samich. Now that’s what I call customer service, literally!

I recently visited this Subway location, and while I usually enjoy my experiences, this visit left me a little disappointed.
The staff member who prepared my order did not follow the instructions I provided. I had asked for mayonnaise on the bread before the meat was added, but it wasn’t done that way. Additionally, my sandwich was heated when I hadn’t requested it. The end result was that my sandwich wasn’t made as I wanted.
When I asked about the cold cut combo (which has always been a staple option), I was told Subway no longer offers it, but the employee also wasn’t able to clarify what the current “sub of the day” is. This made the menu a bit confusing.
Another small concern was packaging: I ordered four six-inch subs and was given a very large brown paper bag, which felt wasteful compared to the size of the order.
I understand that changes in menus and procedures happen, but clear communication and attentiveness go a long way in customer service. I hope that with more training and attention to detail, this location can deliver the consistent quality that Subway is known for.

Other things to mention, the counters were dirty, the food looked and tasted old, and my sandwich looked horrible.

Would rate it lower if actually possible. Go here only if you want to waste time, money, and end up with a totally inedible sandwich due to their staff not knowing how to actually make a sandwich.

I ordered online. Went and picked up my order. I ordered a chicken sweet teriyaki sandwich with avocados. There was barely any sauce on it ( I orderd put on there extra) no smashed avocados at all. ( that’s was a charge to).

I always go to this location at 183 close to Armstrong and always was great but a few days ago when I went it was a girl from India she had gloves but when she Touch the register with her gloves and then she wanted to make my Sandwich I thought she’s going to change her gloves but she didn’t and she asked me. What do you need she means veggie, I couldn’t believe it ! she didn’t change her gloves, and I had to tell her please change your gloves and she did, but I wasn’t happy about that at all.

Placed an order over a month ago, went to pick up my order and they were closed… 3 hours early. Contacted the store 5 times via phone and 3 times via email with no response. I still have not received my order or a refund.
