I called to cancel order. The guy was very rude about it. He refused my refund. He said he already made the food. I tried to call numerous times before no one never picked up so I’m like OK. I guess I’m stuck with this. I’m stuck at work. I cannot get this food so I called my roommate. Ask her to pick you up. She went to go pick it up. They were very rude towards her too about it. Every time I come to this location is always a problem with something. I had a lady one time slam change in my hand. It is probably one of the worst subways I’ve ever been at. I refuse to go back to this location. I will go eat at the 1 by my job and carry my food home if I have to Before I go back to this location, they need to get their stuff together because this is ridiculous. No customer service whatsoever. Because whoever the manager is there need to go to class or something do better, Subway

I’ve been here several times, always was great for me. Recently found a cockroach on the food and pointed it out to the worker while I was on line.

The guy killed it ON THE FOOD, then continued working like nothing happened and didn’t bother telling anyone else what happened.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Never answer the phone, charged me for food I didn’t get and refused to give me a number to speak to corporate about the RUDE manager. I haven’t had subway in years and now I remember why.

We split a $3 “footlong sidekick” pretzel. It was tasty even though seeing them make it made me think this is not really food! They brush on the butter and salt after it’s baked. The service was what you expect for Subway. Don’t expect a smile :/

The person who made the sandwich didn’t really understand anything I was saying. Came in to grab my son something to eat & because I keep going back & forth on the bread I think they had an attitude. Kept asking for oil the girl didn’t understand so I was like forget it then just a damn sandwich cost $13 I’ll stick with potbelly or Jimmy John’s so much better anyway

I had a fantastic experience at Subway! The food was fresh and delicious, exactly what I was craving. The service was fast and friendly, and the staff provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Definitely one of the best Subway visits I’ve had. I’ll be back for sure!

Awful customer service each time I’ve come there. Horrible attitudes from everyone and they just ignore you. I understand food service is difficult but there is no need for all that negativity. What’s even worse is that the store is usually dead yet you’ll have to wait 30 minutes just for your order. Don’t come here if you want a quick meal because you’ll be made to wait by rude workers.

If I could give this place a 0 for customer service I would. After an online order mishap, the manager initially refused to re-make my order. He was argumentative and hostile. He wanted to charge me half for the initial sandwich that was made incorrectly. After 10 minutes of arguing with him, he half assed made my order. He didn’t follow my requests and after he finished my order, he very rudely gave me my order.
The 2 men in that store have no customer service whatsoever. They barely speak English and were be disrespectful, specially the manager. Do yourself a favor, and do not go there and spend your hard earned money.

Ordered on the app. Would have been dramatically faster had I ordered in the store. Only one person working while someone else sat in the back. Person working was obviously learning as was obvious by the speed that he could make sandwiches. I use the app often at other locations with great results. Waited in the store for 20 minutes AFTER ordering on the app. Will never come back to this location.
