UPDATE: I went to this location today after church. When I walked in there were no employees behind the counter. I rang the bell sitting there and waited. Nobody came. I rang the bell again and waited. Nobody came. I rang the bell a third time. This time I rang it a couple of times in a row in case the employees couldn’t hear it.
A lady came out and said “SOORRYY…Jesus Christ!”. Then she asked shat I wanted.
Customer service still not improved.
I ordered through Instacart. I ordered a 6-inch cold cut combo, 2 chocolate chip cookies, a bag of Baked Lay’s chips and 1 Starry soda.
I received everything but the Starry soda. I talked to the driver and she told me she requested it, then showed the store the order on the Instagram app that showed I ordered a Starry. She showed them the receipt stapled to the bag that showed it as well.
She said the Subway employee refused to give her the Starry and said it’s not on the order. Not that they were out of stock but that IT’S NOT ON THE ORDER. This was clearly not true.
I called the store to get their side of the story. The man I spoke with stated he didn’t know anything because it happened before he got there. He said he would pass it along. I tried calling the Owner, Ali Danesh at the number that’s listed on the receipt. The call would not go through.
I was able to get a refund from Instacart, so compensation is not my issue. I just want it known what happened. It may seem trivial but lying and omitting an item clearly ordered is not.

Nov2022: 4⭐: I would recommend this restaurant and this worker.
I stopped by this location as a result of seeing it while driving by to the local grocery store. I noticed that the store had no one in line. Of course, by the time I finished ordering my food there were six people behind me. The parking lot of Jason to the front of the store was large enough to accommodate my full size crew cab pickup truck without any difficulties. Upon entry to the restaurant, the worker behind the counter said hello and asked if he could help me. He was capable and efficient. I noted it while standing there that the restaurant was seemingly clean. The service counter he worked on preparing the sandwiches was clean as well. I asked for a couple of seasonings that were not available but I selected a liquid seasoning that was sufficient. The toppings were seemingly fresh but the bread tasted like it normally does from Subway bread. The worker completed the transaction in a timely faction and I was on my way.

The worst sub I ever ate anywhere in the world. There were 2 female employees at the counter on Sunday May 4, 2025 at 7pm who assembled my pickup order. Look at the pictures of what I ordered and what I got. Sub looks absolutely disgusting.
When I tried to contact the owner at the phone number listed on the receipt, I find that the number is not active. There is usually a white dude (Ken?) at the counter and he makes an awesome sub but yesterday’s experience has left me super frustrated and I won’t be going back.

I waited behind a dude who was a regular. The nice man with the beard helping him knew his usual order, gave him big handfuls of vegetables, and even suggested a few things when the regular asked to switch it up. The lady who helped me seemed mad from the start. I’m going to leave out 3 rude things she did before we even got to the vegetables but when we did I almost just left. I said “a lot of red onions to start” right as she tried to do the lettuce first trick, she was determined to give me more lettuce. I asked for other ingredients and she gave me 4 tomato slices. I asked for more red onions like 4-5 times because each time she would give me 2-3 slicers. She even said “look thats all I got” or something with her hand on the full tray of onions. I said “you don’t charge for more vegetables” “just give me extra please” she gave me like 1-2 more and said that’s all she can give me. And said “I didn’t say it was extra.” Then why can’t you just give me more? Its 15 cents maximum we’re talking here. I asked for more tomatoes and she put two, stared at me and reluctantly gave 2 more. I am gonna leave out like 2 more things. But I wonder if I would have gotten more if I just ordered extra everything on the app and someone else was making it.

I just went back here, and couldn’t even order there were bugs flying all over the vegetables- gnats and flies. This was absolutely disgusting. I dont know if they are visible in the pictures. The two staff that were there acted like it was completely normal.

Old lady is too rude, can understand if it’s about a couple of times but she’s always rude and talks like she is giving sandwiches for free. Had ordered over 50 times from this location and definitely not going there again.

Absolutely terrible. They should call this Breadway not Subway. Can’t follow simple instructions on a order like “extra lettuce.”More like they forgot the lettuce. Dry as a bone, enough though there should of been mayo, oil and vinegar. Bread was stale like a brick. Can’t cut a Sandwich in half? Good god. I haven’t eaten here in a while and now I remember why. Also, $10 a sub is highway robbery now. Never again.

I had a very bad experience at this location. The woman working at the counter around 3:00 PM today was very rude and unprofessional. She was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. This kind of behavior should not happen in a customer service place.

Placed a mobile order for lunch. Guy is on his phone, not paying attention. My sub wasn’t wrapped tightly and the didn’t guy made even make cut down the middle. The best part of this meal was the chips
