I went to subway on Aug 30, ordered online. Went to pick up my food and the lady said they were out of meatballs. She told me to pick another sandwich so I pick the Philly cheese. She told me I could get that one and I ask for a refund.i didn’t get no food. She told me I had to cancel online. I haven’t received my refund yet and they keep closing my case without talking to me. I have emailed the manager twice and it going on almost 2 weeks, she claim she was doing an investigation. I will NEVER order here again. So unprofessional.

The man here literally SCREAMS at you if you order online and come in before the time. I waited in line even though I had placed mobile order, as I didnt want to interrupt the workers. I knew they’d get to me eventually, so I waited patiently. Once he was done at my sandwich, he pointed to the p/u time and said “you see time here? Next time DONT COME BEFORE THEN”. I was just waiting patiently?? You didnt have to finish before the p/u time and then get mad at me!

I went in on 01/30/25 @ 4:45pm. I was totally ignored by the you lady. She was on her phone, and even when I said miss I need to get to work she continued to ignore me. When she was me taking a picture of the outside of the store she comes out and ask if she can help me. Really ???? She needs to be fired. That was totally rude & unexceptable.

Tried to give this place another chance after about a year and the experience was worse. Made a to go order for a footlong because of a deal on the app but they only gave me half of it. It was made correctly just didn’t get everything I ordered.

Always friendly service. (They know me by name).
Always fresh. So good they run out of bread due to the customer traffic. Right off 130 toll and 973. So convenient and busy.

This was the worst subway experience I ever had in my life. I put it online order via my phone on to pick up my order. When I arrive to the restaurant I was told that they hadn’t received my order and that I didn’t have in order there when in actuality the order just hadn’t finished processing yet. I showed the male worker my phone to verify my order before he even made the order. After he made the order he did not want to give me the order because he said he needed to make sure it was my order even though I had already shown him the order via my phone prior to him making the order. His excuse was that he had to do this for all deliveries, but I informed him several times that this order was not a delivery order and I had placed an online order on my phone and even showed him my phone once again before he made the order. He refused to hand over my order until he seen my ID which I had to go all the way back out to the car to show him because my phone had died, and I wasn’t able to show him once again my order via my phone. I have never had to show my driver’s license to anyone to pick up an order that I already told him was mines prior to him even making it. I also told him the name on the ticket receipt so he knew it was me but he claimed that he still needed proof of my ID. I felt that this was a very racist and embarrassing experience as I had to go all the way out to the car to grab my ID just to get my food. Please avoid this restaurant at all cost.

Sandwiches where awesome loved the amount put on them.

Updated review, this is the only subway I consider going to in the area… the other one down 969 is a joke most of the time doesn’t have anything, and 4 times in a row tried to give me a sandwich that only had chicken.. no cheese no nothing, and when I asked for a refund… wow… thankfully this one is here to save the day and I appreciate them for making a great sandwich every time! 🙂

Food is good, ingredients are never old, they are always prepped and greet you with a good morning or good afternoon. Very friendly people specially the older gentleman and the older lady in the mornings
