This store does not operate like other Subway stores. I ordered 2 ham and turkey sandwich and was advised that had to upcharge to add ham and was charged for extra meat. That is fine if they provide the meat that was due in a turkey and then add the extra serving of ham that was being charged for. I received 2 sandwiches with 3 slices turkey and 3 slices ham. No extra meat as charged $11.69 + $3.25 plus tax = $16.17 x 2 = $32.25. I submitted two separate feed back’s and received the exact same response from regional manager expressing sympathy with my pricing issue as I assume they did not read what I wrote.

I should have looked at the google rating before coming here. First it was super hot in the restaurant. Flies buzzing around all the wilted veggies. Spinach was dripping green liquid it was so wilted. I asked if I could have some of the fresher (still wilted) vegetables that were covered and they said no that they weren’t allowed to until all the the others are used up. I asked if they could change out the ones they have then as the tomatoes looked like mush. The Hispanic gentleman started arguing with me stating that they still looked red and delicious. They continued to asked what I wanted not pulling from the fresher veggies like I asked for. So I told em to keep the sandwich I’ll go somewhere else. I eat Subway multiple times a week as I travel quite a bit. Never have an issue with getting veggies that don’t look like the Hulk sat on them. Don’t eat at this location.

Although it was slow- The sandwich artist was doing her best to keep up with the number of orders coming in at 9 o’clock at night! Our sandwich was built perfectly, at a fair price and we use the online app. Made the whole process smooth and easy. Very clean. Very new.

Waited 20 mins till the employee came back from the gas station with a bag of Cheetos. They had absolutely nothing and she had the nerve to add on a tip without even asking.

I ordered a sandwich by mobile and it was a complete disaster. The incorrect bread was used. Barley any lettuce. A mountain of black pepper was added overall not enjoyable to eat.

Large black gentleman behind the counter was rude. Online order was marked as complete, it wasn’t. Waiting for about 10 minutes, went to get family from the airport and returned (20 minutes). Food was still not complete and the food that was was cold. Large man said if I have a problem write a review. I asked to speak to someone else, he refused.

Might be the worst subway I’ve been to. They had one guy who was not trained during the lunch rush, he couldn’t operate the cash register and assembled sandwiches about as slow as possible. People in line ended up just leaving. Horrible.

I went to this location on 12/20/2022 around 6:30-7:00pm to pick up a sandwich for my 85 year old grandmother who had just got off a plane and had been traveling all day and hungry. I never expected what I was told when I walked in. I walked in to no one around. I stood there waiting for someone to come out all along the worker was sitting at a table on his phone and told me he was the only one there and he was on his break so he would not be helping me. I was shocked I had no words! Talk about rude and unprofessional!! If I could rate this a negative I would!
