I’ve started going to this Subway location 2 to 3 times a week for some time now. Every time I’ve gone in I always see Genysis (hope I am spelling that correctly). No matter how busy she is, she greets every customer, she is patient and friendly. A few times there has been a younger gentleman working with her (I can’t remember his name) but he is also friendly and very polite. My experience with this location has been nothing but great service and food. Sandwiches are made exactly how I want.

Literally the worst subway I’ve ever had the misfortune of being limited to, due to where I work. Extremely unprofessional team that only gets my order right two out of five times. The day manager argues, passes blame, & even talks over me to do so instead of just making the order correctly. I do not have time to do this almost every time which is why I ordered it for delivery despite how close they are. This is entirely an inexcusable attitude for a manager and since this has been a problem so many different times with this place you have lost my weekly business.

Good spot for a quick bite or for a lunch break. Interiors are clean and neat. Staffs are friendly but service is slow. Just visited the place once, and did not have any issue.

There is no option for 0 star biggest concern in this review. This is the second time it happened to me. I ordered sandwich from this store. No sauces, no vegetables. I didn’t ask to add veggie patty but she added. It is a worst branch don’t order to this place if you really want to have food.

I am writing to bring to your attention a highly unsatisfactory experience I recently had with my online order pickup at this Subway location. Unfortunately, my order not only fell short of my expectations but also posed a serious health risk due to a plastic piece found inside the sub.
Firstly, I placed my order online with specific requests, carefully indicating my preferred ingredients and condiments. However, upon picking up my order, I was disheartened to find that it was not prepared according to my instructions. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer preferences is completely unacceptable.
Moreover, as I began eating the sub, I made the shocking discovery of a plastic piece embedded within the sandwich. This occurrence not only compromised the overall quality and safety of the food but also posed a potential danger to my health. It is deeply concerning that such a blatant oversight occurred during the preparation process, putting customers’ well-being at risk.
I sincerely urge you to take immediate action to rectify this matter.

The worst subway in the area, I have placed an order online, the artist didn’t even look at the order sheet, he just randomly made my subs. He also grilled subs with veggies on(very weird). Please spare yourself and don’t order any subs, as you will be disappointed.

It’s absurd how wrong they got my order from Uber Eats.
For a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, bacon, avocado, and green peppers they left out *everything* except the bacon and green peppers. It’s also very soggy, untoasted, and the bacon is basically raw.
For a cheesesteak wrap they added peppers I didn’t want, left out the cheese, and added avocado I didn’t want.
This is ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

Although my order seems simple, (just 1 sandwich) it turned out to be a total mess. First, one of the sandwich artists was not being efficient when making orders (I placed the pickup order ahead of time) and by the time I made it to the store, it wasn’t even being worked on… Second of all the same female sandwich artist takes the ticket and does not follow as shown since I had to verbally stop her from putting the wrong ingredients into the sandwich (Veggies & Sauces). Order took way longer than the app’s expectation was showing. By the time the order gets handed to me, as I go into my vehicle, I realise that I was given the wrong bag so I made my way back to the restaurant to notify the crew (No one even said sorry for the inconvenience) and then this second employee is being trained by some other female employee as meanwhile he is on his phone!?. Crew still did not a knowledge of the mistake and I am still waiting for my order to be restarted. The male sandwich artist finally takes the bread and starts making the sandwich and same mistake about to happen (about to grab the wrong ingredient) so I verbally stopped him and notified about it and he says that he is following what I put in the ticket… (Ticket says among other ingredients “Onions MORE”) why are they grabbing olives to put in my sandwich??. Finally the amount of sauces I put to be “Less” and yet they put a lot of sauce… Employees don’t know how to read/follow the ticket. I had to wait way longer than expected. Pick up was not convenient at all and very unprofessional the crew
