This is a bad subway customer service is horrible. Melissa Ash, who worked here Sunday, February 15th at 3:00 pm, had horrible customer service and refused to help a customer. She had a nasty attitude and was super disrespectful.

I asked for extra of the veggies I had, and my sandwich was as thin as my wrist 🙁
Came back today, the man who was working tonight was super rude and short with us. Super unprofessional. We asked how his day was and he just ignored us, and sighed whenever we asked for stuff on our sandwich. I also found a hair in my sandwich.

I do not wish to get anyone in trouble and I am not bashing the young man. However, I came to the establishment and left without even ordering; the gentleman making the sandwiches had very cool style but unfortunately his bracelets were dangling into the sandwiches numerous times. As someone who works in the food industry and practices food safety this is a red flag. Everything else is great and the guy genuinely looks cool however I think dangling jewelry INTO public food is unsanitary.

I really wanted to rate higher, because the crew that was there yesterday (sat Nov 20,5:30)was so nice..so most definitely 5 stars to them. The only 2 problems were I ordered 2 foot longs and one the bread was very, very hard..the other was good..also didn’t realize till I was in my truck that the soda was flat..It’s not something that will keep me from not coming back, just next time I will check it out before I leave..anyways the service is great, just needs improvement on when to throw out the bread that has been there sitting for a while…again I will try one more time..

Came in and told the employee, didn’t get her name but she was a white older woman, that I needed 4 sandwiches… she looked at me ugly and said what kind of sandwiches do you want… I repeated the bread that I asked her for and she just rolled her eyes. Decided not to order anymore. Sam, other employee, a younger girl who was working, was absolutely amazing, she made the rest of my families sandwiches and apologized for her orher coworkers behavior.

They don’t know how to stuff or wrap a sandwich they didn’t even cut the bread all the way thru. It’s not that hard to make a sandwich. You supposed to be good at it as it’s your main job. The way they wrap it everything falls out when you unwrap it. I want the food and dressing in my sandwich not on the paper and everywhere else. 12/12/23 12:40 pm

I placed an online order at 3:15. My food was expected to be ready by 3:40, I showed up at 3:50 only to be told by the manager working that he had not started any online orders. I did not get my food until 4:15, after the manager stormed out the building and two nice guys made my food. The manager was very rude and had no urgency to complete any of the orders for the other customers who were also waiting in the lobby for their online orders. Multiple families were complaining about being in the store for an extended amount of time waiting for their food.

Today I was overcharged. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. The server had to make the chicken salad by mixing chicken with mayonnaise. I told her, that’s OK, no need to mix in the mayo, just plain chicken is fine. So she made the chicken salad sandwich without the added mayo. After I paid for the sandwich, which is normally $8-$9, I noticed that I had been charged $11.57 for a Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken sandwich. I asked why had this happened, and was told that leaving out the mayo increased the price, because apparently, leaving out the mayo increased the amount of chicken in the sandwich (the amount in a Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken, apparently). But I had done the same previously in the same store and been charged only for a chicken salad sandwich. She said, sorry, you have to pay more. Why wasn’t I told I was being charged for a different, more expensive sandwich, before I paid? She simply said, sorry, that’s our policy. I asked who I could complain to, and was told to call the phone number printed on the door. I called the number within 30 minutes after I left the store and left a message. The person in management who called me back repeated the server’s story, and on top of that accused me of stealing a basket from the store when I walked out of the store! I told her I didn’t take a basket, was never given one because it was a to-go order, and I’m not a thief. The only thing I did walking out was note the telephone number of management on the door, as I had been directed by the server, so I could make the call to complain. But, apparently, the server called management herself before I could make the call to complain, and knowing I was unhappy at being overcharged, falsely accused me of stealing! The management person claimed she had a videotape of me walking out with the basket — completely false, I’m not that person on the tape, it’s someone else. I offered to come to the store to show that I am not the person on the videotape, but the management person refused to meet with me. I tried to raise the issue of the server’s honesty, but the management person was unsympathetic, maintaining that the employee server had done the right thing. Incredible! Not only was I overcharged, but Subway falsely accused me of taking a sandwich basket from the store! Simply incredible, what a nasty experience. I was made to feel humiliated for informing them I had been mistreated.
