Gaylin was so nice to me and she didn’t have to be!!! I came in last minute with a somewhat large order just before they closed and she never once made me feel like a burden!! I felt so bad for coming in so close to closing but she just kept saying it’s ok her smile was reassuring her service was the kindness I needed after a horrible day. Thank you Gaylin!!! I can say it was a great morning and that I made a good decision for my breakfast. I hadn’t been to this branch in a long time. Today I was served by very friendly and attentive staff. What a great surprise I had to find out that the person speaks Spanish and English. It was a good experience. Katy is very friendly and had great service. I’m very sure I’ll be back. I do not recommend coming to this location anymore, Due to the fact when I first walked into the door, employees were rude already, While the employees were making my subs They were giving off attitude, I know it’s rough being a high school student and working in the food industry, but you can have a better attitude. Second thing was when I was ready to check out. I had their standard coupon they offer,the employees and manager informed me that this location is not accepting any coupon but I can log into their app and the coupon is accepted for the location and the manager and employees were giving me attitude about it even though I told him I was here two weeks ago and use the same coupon. I was furious and decided to spend the outrageous cost for two subs and but whenever we got home, my wife was halfway through her sandwich and found plastic inside her sandwich and that made her stop eating. I feel like this location should undergo an investigation as well as The health department.

On June 24th I ordered delivery for my son and me. Mine was roast beef and his was the cold cut combo. Both sandwiches were ordered with extra mayo, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. We ordered delivery because we were temporarily staying at a motel while I was recovering from surgery.

When our order arrived, my son’s was spot on. My roast beef, however, had absolutely NO CONDIMENTS! None at all. Meat and veggies only.

If I were at home I would have grumbled and just added these condiments from my own fridge but since we’re at a motel, we don’t have any of these things.

I called the store that made them and the manager stated they couldn’t leave the store to bring me a new one and the only way to get a new one made or even get a refund was to bring it into the store. I explained the situation to her and that I couldn’t leave (thus the reason for delivery in the first place)

I asked for her supervisor’s contact information and she refused to give it.

My only option at this point was to go online on their contact page and file a complaint, stating all of the above. I requested a refund. I also included the pictures attached and this was the exact answer word for word I got back not once but TWICE!

“I have reviewed the audio/video surveillance oil, vinegar, Mayo salt and pepper was placed on the sandwich, if it was not made to your likings you may bring the sandwich back and the team will remake it for you in your prescience. I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view. I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation. I have shared your feedback with my team to improve our customer service.

When we arrived on October 11th, around 9-10 pm, the girl working was sitting outside playing on her phone. When we arrived, she walked in carelessly, touching the floor with her hands, and then tried to serve us without washing her hands. She was nervous and irritable.
