The food here is fresh and they have a lot of options. Brandon is a knowledgeable and quick employee. I like the low calorie options!! I recommend this Subway.

Chris is the most disrespectful and unprofessional employee that I have encountered in all of my years going to Subway. His level of disrespect is completely unacceptable, and I think that his employment should be re assessed. He told me upon entering 5 minutes after 9 that I was cutting it close as they close at 10. When I questioned what he meant, he stated it was a joke.. Chris continued to have an extremely bad attitude asking me the same questions 2, sometimes 3 times.. An online ticket came through while I was standing there and Chris lost it in frustration (Its On Camera). He continued to make my sandwiches with such anger that he didn’t even cut the sandwiches. After him asking me 3 times if there was anything else and me saying NO, he snapped again saying he’s had a long day, he hasn’t had any caffeine and he’s tired as if any of that is my concern. He didn’t want to give me a receipt, and stated well, I need to print out another copy because I have to put a copy with the coupon. Again, has nothing to do with me.. The receipt that prints out is mine, whatever else you have to do is internal. I don’t think Subway is the place for Chris, and management needs to review the footage and take appropriate action.

I just ordered a club subway with mayo. There is so much mayo on this sandwich it’s like soup, can’t even eat it and I love mayo! Actually dribbling down my arms as I try to eat it.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in my entire time with subway, me and my friends have went countless of times and this is hands down the best experience by far. This is all due to Brandon’s work ethic and love for his job. He made us feel very welcome and at home, and he definitely gained not only loyal customer, but friends.

This is our second time at this location, and I can’t express how frustrated I am at the service. The lady making our food is the same as the last time. The other lady who put the toppings on my sandwich smothered my wrap with salt. I asked her twice to stop while she ignored me or didn’t hear me. Mrs. Coni. I don’t know if she realizes that she does this, but she talks down to customers and is rude with the inflections of her voice as well as her judgmental facial expressions. Nothing about her screams, kindness, or customer service. My family and I will not be returning.

One person working there; short-staffed; she made the sandwich perfectly. All bread choices were available, and fresh. A Subway closer to me only had white and wheat available, and no turkey. I will keep going to this Subway. The lady was very nice, and I enjoyed going there.

Brandon was amazing! After having had a really long day, it was awesome to come here and see someone bringing energy and fun to the restaurant. It is rare to find someone that cares enough for the guests that they can bring smiles to those around them through their attitude. 10/5 stars!

So sad that i couldn’t get 2 beautiful subs after Terry spent all that work making them. I went to subway with my keys, a coupon and a$50 bill. When Terry moved my subs to the register, she told me she couldn’t take a fifty. Company policy. She offered that i could walk across the mall lot and get change at church’s chicken. I thought: what the heck? Either the company is worried about fake, they don’t want to carry twenty in change or they don’t trust their employees. None of that should mean i get to go do their banking somewhere else. Step up people & companies. Post all over the place that you don’t take big bills so you’re not left holding $30 worth of subs and have a customer walking out and having to go shop for the fixings that were already put together for her. I love subway and it’s my 93 year old mothers favorite to go place. Now? I’m scared they’re going to go cashless like some of my other favorites i no longer frequent like mad greens. Step up Subway. Shame on you.

Extremely poor service. The place is empty, and before I could give my order to the sandwich maker, a girl comes from the back to the register and is asking me what were ordering and then how much my order is. This conversation is across the store….very rude! Honestly, I hadn’t decided but rushed to give her an answer. After getting more frustrated,
I cancelled my sandwich and just got my daughter’s. Asked for the manager, not one there, so I asked for a name and phone number. The three employees knew his name, but not how to reach him or the store phone number. Store needs training! And, when I went to call the store….”mailbox full” but no indication it’s a subway I’m calling. No wonder parking lot and store are empty.
