We went in ten minutes till nine ordered our food. Outside. We have two small children and no high chair for the kids. They were all out of cheese and soup as if they’d already put everything away. Both girls were very short and not friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone dining near their closing time.

I don’t like to comment however, I think it is rude to let your employees have ear pods in and also they don’t greet anyone at all. Been to this location twice now and same thing. I also went to get root beer and then Dr. Pepper and both were straight carbonated water.

Food was as expected but the atmosphere of the shop was very off-putting. It made you want to turn around and leave. The workers gave the impression that they hate their jobs and could care less. They don’t greet you when coming in or even give you a little smile. I will definitely be going to other subways in kyle.

I’m not sure if there not a manager currently there or they workers have a lack of training but I stood there for way too long before I was helped. There was 2 people working on mobile orders and instead of the third person coming to help me he joined in working on mobile orders. He almost let me food burn because he again started to work on mobile orders. Customer service is extremely poor.

This has got to be the worst subway I’ve ever been to. And I used to be a store manager for subway about 5 years ago. They are always out of food, and the manager kid is always in a horrible mood. There will be 10 guests waiting in line and the manager will wait in the back so he doesn’t have to work. He throws pans, clicks his tongue, rolls his eyes, and acts like working at subway is the hardest thing in the world. I’m honestly surprised no one has attacked him for how rude he is, and I’m even more surprised he has a job. All the employees, girl with braids, and the two boys who work are some of the worst employees I’ve ever encountered. This location needs serious help. I get that covid impacted things and there’s a worker shortage but cmon now. There is no dress code anymore, the kids don’t wash their hands, they throw things around, and they make us all feel bad for being customers. The only thing good about this place is that it’s right next to HEB. The girl who dyes her hair is also nice, she’s not included in this complaint.
