I think it’s about 3.5 stars. Most of the time the food is pretty good. The service though depends greatly on who is working. Sometimes they are friendly and helpful but you can tell some don’t want to be there. I think part of that is subway like many locations is understaffed. So I don’t ever give them a hard time about anything.

So cancelled a sandwich midway through. The lady that prepared the sandwich touched her hat several times and wiped her forehead with gloves on. She did not bother to take her gloves off to do these things and then prepared the sandwich. It’s food prep 101 do not touch your face, head, hair, etc with your food prep gloves.

My wife works there and don’t get me wrong the food is good and the service is good I’d just like to point out something about a worker The one named Debra she is outside for 15 almost 20 minutes smoking cigarettes while all the other workers are inside working that makes no sense When there’s A-line of 10 people shouldn’t she be inside working making production faster I thought this was kind of an issue so I figured I’d bring it up And not only that she has an attitude Which makes a customer feel unwelcome

We love Subway and eat there often. However the vents in the dining room are filthy ! They are in the ceiling and blow directly on the food. One vent blows on the kitchen area where they prepare food. This could be cleaned in minutes with a broom !! Needs to be cleaned !
