Walk in around 6:30 ish it was only one girl working the line that wasn’t the problem she was good and apologetic for the wait. The problem is that the other girl working came out the restroom with a guy assuming it’s her bf but seriously there is a time and place for certain things but at work in the subway restroom is not it! Employees don’t know how to use gift cards or a microwave. My sandwich was cold even though I asked for it warmed. I asked and pad for extra cheese and did not receive that. They do not carry the sauce I get at every other location here. Would not recommend. Employees are very young and careless.

The (2) girls behind the counter seemed like they were in a bit of a “rush” OR “bothered” with our (dining) entrance.. by the way they were speaking to one another and in another language other than English.. They had limited options to choose from due to everythi g being “out” and not rotated, etc. The place could use a REAL good cleaning! ..ALL throughout!

When a subway worker messes up your sandwich and calls you a liar repeatedly and argues with you because “they made the sandwich themselves”.
1) no cucumber
2) barely any green peppers
3) no black olives
4) no ranch
5) no oil
6) no vinegar
7) no pepper
8) no customer service.
I’m opting to call corporate Monday since the offer to remake the sandwich was coupled with repeatedly being told I was wrong and Im tired of dealing with inept rude staff members that cant read a receipt and make a sandwich.
Best part is I didn’t even want to eat here because, as I told my husband, this location ALWAYS gets orders wrong but it’s father’s day so his choice.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Subway. The food was okay but everything else was far from satisfactory. First we had to tell the staff what ingredients were in a Subway Melt as she forgot the bacon. Second, after buying cups we found out that they were out of Sprite, lemonade and vitamin water, basically every drink the kids wanted, they were also out of lids. I went to the bathroom after the employee came out and there was a complete roll of tissue just lying across the floor and every trash can in the place was full. The employee was obviously to busy texting on her phone to notice any of this.

Our recent visit to this Subway was fantastic! I asked for three salads, which isn’t a typical order there, but the employee was so funny and kind about it. He crafted three excellent salads, and we truly appreciated his effort. This Subway consistently delivers excellent customer service thanks to its hard-working employees, who are doing an amazing job accommodating the influx of new residents in busy Elgin. Hopefully, another Subway location will open in the area soon, providing more healthy fast-food options for the growing community.

Avoid this store.. ordered four sandwiches online and after going home just saw none of sandwiches has dressing sauces. Called them multiple times and no one is picking up the calls. Worse Subway store ever
