Worst serve I’ve had in a while at this location! I ordered fountain drinks for my kids and I not to realize the fountain machine wasn’t even working! So we decided on sweat tea, none available, okay let’s get unsweetened tea again none available! Not to mention the only drink available was Dr.pepper which was watered down! I informed the workers they stated they had ran out and didn’t want to brew because it was going to take awhile! Okay, we paid for our drinks and we had to result in bottle waters! We asked if they can honor the difference since it was an inconvenient that the fountain drinks were out and the teas had ran out! The worker with a tattoo under her chin stated no because she would have to cancel the order and it was too much! Like it’s your job! Don’t want to provide customer service don’t work! Wouldn’t go back again! Once I informed them I was going to complain they started stocking the chips since those were low as well! Paid over 30.00 not to even drink what we wanted!

My order was perfectly made & very nice employee who helped me with my order. Seemed like he was the only one working while the ladies and some other gentleman was talking in the back standing around. Male with tattoos great service!

This subway is good and clean. Some of employees need to be in nicer mood. But , anyways. Subs r good. I saw this girl make wrap for a drive thru order and it included avacado in it. Well this didnt want to get a new batch. So she scraped and i mean dabbed some avacado. I do mean like a baby spoon smear of avacado. I really thought that wasnt cool at all. I wonder what else they cut corners on. Now that i kjow this i wont go thru the drive thru in this subway. If i have time will get off to see them make my sub.

I had ordered Philly cheese steak, thinking like all other sub places i would eat at it would come with the bell peppers and onions cooked together. NOPE not here, very disappointing. Too much bread not enough meat for the 1 serving.

I enjoy the sweet onion chicken teriyaki 6″ sub with extra sweet onion sauce. Only bad thing I can say is that the sauce and chicken isn’t distributed evenly. I have been to this location a few times and every time this place is empty of customers. A great place for a quiet lunch with a special someone.

Walked into restaurant around 130ish to see only two other people sitting down eating. I ordered my food for my daughter and I paid went to go sit down and couldn’t find a clean spot to sit down. Floors were filthy, and tables were filthy. So I cleaned our own table in order to sit down and have lunch. I suggested to the manager at that time (some guy with tattoos all over) that perhaps instead of standing behind the counter he should come out and clean that I’m not an employee and I don’t get paid to clean the restaurant. He gave me attitude and laughed. Ps. No hair net or beard cover hence the reason I found a hair in my sub!

I admit my order was long. 4 subs and a pizza. But after waiting for 50 minutes in my car via drive-thru, I watched 3 customers walk in and get their sandwiches done. I had to wave to get someone’s attention. Then I was advised that they didn’t have pizza and that all sandwiches that had elected for provolone had all been replaced with white American cheese (no choice given). I replaced the pizza for about sub. After waiting for nearly an hour, they finally decided to start my order, and the young lady suggested I drive around so they could take the food to my car, but I refused. I asked why the long wait, and she said “that wasn’t her problem”. They failed to toast all my sandwiches. The car behind me in a tesla gave up and left. They definitely need more employees and with better customer service.

I specifically asked the gentleman “NOT” to put any jalapeños or any kind of peppers on the sub. And he repeated it back twice. He still put them on. May son cannot eat them because interacts with his medication. What if someone else had an allergic reaction to peppers. There is a reason why we ask , please no peppers. Will be sure to pass it on to my friends. Not to go to this location in Weslaco, Westgate. Probably thought it was funny. There will be peppers in her sub.
