In an age where everyone asks for tips, I’m good with that. But when I say no and it still gets charged without my consent, that doesn’t sit well with me. Many don’t ask for receipts anymore. Who knows how many people this has happened to.

i went ordered $57 worth of food when we were gonna pay i went to go sitdown with the food they told my husband he couldnt pay with a $100 bill when they were only gonna give him back like $40 back they preferred to throw the food then to charge me!!!! we have never felt soo bad in a restaurant before when my husband came to the table told me we half to leave they didnt accept my money we just left the food in the table. just go eat at another restaurant it aint worth haveing the embarrassment there.

Always missing something from my order ON THIS LOCATION but this one was the best of them all.. no sauce nor veggies when I specifically asked for some (the Drive tru person didn’t even mention if I wanted vegies or sauce) that’s why I was specific and still got a plain sandwich very bad service… management should really train the new folks well. One Less customer .

Service was very bad. Didn’t feel appreciate. Almost wanted to leave. They haven’t been able to give my my points for every purchase I have done. So what’s the use of having the app or card. If you can’t use it. So it’s worth less.
