What is the point of having an online order website if you don’t do online orders? And customers are not even able to get a refund in store. The only way to even try and get a refund is through Subway’s AI robot if you can even get it to work. Staff was so dismissive and rude about it as if it were the customers fault. They said other customers have been able to get their refunds with no problem by calling customer service which is total BS because there is no number. This also tells me I’m not the only who this has happened to. Manager was also useless. If you’re gonna hire kids to work here at least make sure they’re customer service trained. It’s YOUR website with YOUR ADDRESS. Ridiculous.

I find stupid that coupons cant be honored in store even tho it says it does but only online employee says it depends on store operators which is ridiculous why send out coupons then if u cant use them
