Sandwich drenched in sauce bread soak chicken was cold not even warm. Fresh sandwich not true it was disgusting slop. My wife couldn’t eat it and mine was cold and unappetizing. We called to complain and the attitude we get is that it is a sandwich and he asked if there was pictures which we told him yes and we felt that everyone should see the work they do. We left our number for the manager as they were unavailable hopefully they get back to us tomorrow. We spent our hard earned money so tonight we could relax having a great night together and not needing to cook and we found ourselves trying to salvage the sandwiches by heating them in the oven but still it did not help.

Came in around 6:15pm. Worker (Noah) was only operating out of one side of the case. Had all the meat, cheese, and veggies together in one case. Was out of stock of most meats and veggies. Noah said it was because they don’t stock up on the weekends. Makes no sense. ITS THE WEEKEND. There was one cookie and no bottled drinks. Extremely dissatisfied.

Terrible wait. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes in line “while” taking my order. I saw as other vehicles drove off because of the wait. Sandwiches were ready when I drove to window but I think they should speed up the service. Other Subways not take that long. Also, meat portions were very little. Definitely not going there anymore. I’ll drive to other locations.

The worst and slowest service I have ever received. 20 minutes to get to the window with only two cars in line. They need better management. Mr Ethan C needs better training and customer service skills. Manager Casandra needs to schedule more than one employee.

Best Subway place ever!!!
Manager and staff are always with a smile. They make your food with perfection. If I have a problem, they always find a way to solve it. Lobby is always clean, and it looks so new! I still cant believe that they have been open for more than a year! Love love love it!

I recently went there because I moved across the street. I have seen a lady laying down in the booths twice. My daughter told me the exact thing, that she’s seen the same woman twice, laying down. I didn’t want to eat there with a hobo sleeping. So I just took off. Manager should do something

I’ve eaten inside and gone thru the drive thru here many times. There is hardly ever a line and if there is they help the customers out pretty fast. They have never messed up my order and I have never received a sandwich that seemed like I didnt get my pays worth.
