Management probably shouldn’t leave 1 person to work alone for every single shift. Making customers wait extra long for a single sandwich and employees not even getting the chance to prep anything. What a good way to put your employee at risk of being robbed. And didn’t this store just go under new ownership as well? Pathetic! Do better!

I go for my lunch break maybe 1x a month. Service is always great every time I go in and the inside is always clean. Love it. However every time I walk up I have to double check that they are open. This whole shopping center always looks abandoned and all the store windows and sidewalks are covered in thick dust and flying debris. I don’t know who the property manager is but they need to step up and keep the exterior parts of the shops cleaner. I bet a lot of people pass by without even knowing this subway and surrounding stores are open and operating.

While the food tasted good and the restaurant looks clean in the dining area; if I had seen the thoroughly disgusting restroom before I ordered, I would have driven to a different Subway!
Also, though there were several times during our visit when no customers were at the counter, they never once closed the covers over the prep area (required to maintain proper, safe food temperatures).

The employee did not prepare the order correctly. I had requested one of the sandwiches to be toasted, but she was unaware of this until I mentioned it at pickup. At that point, she attempted to toast the entire sandwich. When I asked for it to be remade, she did so carelessly, making it poorly and not even wrapping it properly.

If rhere was zero stars definately would choose. Didn’t even get to order the lady at the counter was taking her sweet time and expected customers to be onher time. I get that she was working alone but you have to move to get the customers out and happy. I walked in and she gave me a hate face nah never again will I waste my precious lunch hour at this location. I will make sure to let people know if they want Subway not at this location
