Ordered for pick up. Ladies chit chatting loudly no greeting and when ask for my order they seemed bothered by me interrupting them.
Then I asked where is the drinks one female says should be there. I look inside the bag nothing.
I had to asked them again they all went into the back room. They again seem upset and they dont have the drinks I ordered. So pick whatever is there. Okay… I tip them before knowing what I was getting. Bad attitude and lazy workers to even speak about orders I placed online. Disappointing

Katherine was awesome. She’s such a strong worker and knows my meal by heart she’s amazing. I only see her here every morning EVER DAY I can tell she takes her job serious. I had to time how fast she made my sandwich a solid 1:30 that’s impressive she did great I will always come back . <3

Ordered the special of two footlongs at $5.99 each just to be told that it was white bread only and that it only came with lettuce tomatoes and onions. But that wasnt the bad part even though I have gotten specials like this and was still given choice of bread and veggies. The bad part was the stank faces of the two girls working there. This store lacks customer service. Definitely not a place to even try and enjoy a quick meal. We took the sandwiches to go and went and got drinks at the McDonalds near by. Ate our sandwiches in the parking lot. Won’t be ordering at this Subway again.
