My friend and I walked in 30 min before closing, we both work in customer service and figured 30 min would be enough time to make a sandwich. When we walked in the workers just stared at us and looked at each other. When we asked if it was too late to order a sandwich they didn’t respond, they just looked at each-other again. So we walked out. Not one word was said to us. If it was too late, they could’ve just said or responded to us when we talked. This happened the night of 11/24/25. Again I work in customer service and will serve someone until the last min lol.

Fire employees!

The service quality needs improvement as there have been instances of incorrect orders. It would be helpful if the staff ensured accuracy and professionalism in handling customer requests.

Maia was on point, came in last minute at the end of the night and she was super friendly with an amazing attitude. Always a breath of fresh air when people have impeccable customer service. This is not very common any more in the food industry especially fast food. Great job Maia!!!

Accidently ordered online for a different location. Showed up thinking it was here. Employee was absolutely rude with her approach and behavior towards me. I never accused them of losing my order. Very flippant. That woman deserves to be unemployed!

Came in picking up a DoorDash with my cousin and the manager started yelling at me that we can’t use the public restroom unless we buy something, even though we we’re picking up a DoorDash order from the store. Manager followed me out the store and proceeded to provoke me in fighting as I was in my car leaving

Audrey is very excellent and did a wonderful job on completing my order, I had 4 lrg orders and she did an exceptional job while answering phones and dealing with 3 other customers while waiting for Help. She needs to be recognized as a Super Employee. I’ve been to other locations where they could not compere to her level and they had help…. Great Job Audrey!

Bit into an olive pit almost broke a tooth this is after subpar service they’ve changed how they serve you.You can no longer watch the full making of your food so you don’t know how much meat is actually being put on the sandwich. We will not be back of the counters look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks.

Server pulled out a short piece of bread. I said that bread looks a little short. Can you just add an extra scoop of tuna to make up for it. He said I will have to charge you extra. In life it’s important to get what you pay for and my wife has been shorted on her sub before. That’s why I’m leaving this review.

Placed an order online and got both sandwiches completely wrong. Called the store and was told to call tomorrow to talk to the manager. Food was pretty bad due to getting what I didn’t order and sandwicges weren’t even toasted.

Ordered online came to pick up and the employees tell me they don’t have my order after I waited for half an hour. Zero communication after, only to find out they had placed the ticket to the side and hadn’t started the order after an hour of it being there. Will not be coming back to this terrible location.
