I’ve visited many Subway locations, and this is the ONLY one that has refused to toast my flatbread. While I understand the concern that it may become too crunchy, as a paying customer, I believe I should have the option to have my order prepared to my preference.

This place really needs to improve Hygene. The lady who was working has no idea on that matter. I donot consume pork due to belief. There was literally a piece of pork meat on the chicken. She has not feel the urge to atleast remove that during the time we were there. ( see image) The transparent gloves she was wearing were dirty. Some people might have more severe Allergy or dietary restrictions. In that case, avoid the place.

Very expensive for a protein bowl with barely any ingredients. I will never go there again. Any place that actually asks for tips on top of poor service, exorbitant prices and lousy service deserves to go out of business. I’ve been cheated and once is enough.

The service here is terrible 9 x out of 10. You don’t get greeted, the sandwich maker didn’t even look up and say I’ll be with you in a moment. Usually the young kids don’t know customer service. One girl working in the front, one girl in the back saw us and ignored us. This is usually the case. We will not be coming back. It’s rarely an enjoyable visit. We’ll drive to Startzville. They always have good service.
