Well, I can’t tell you how the food tastes today cuz they were taking too long at the register. They didn’t even tell me, “Hello, sir, we will be right with you.” Nothing… I come here ever Friday when I need a lunch on the go. The guy who works days isn’t here and he always makes it a point to acknowledge customers.
I worked Subway for 10 years and know better than to not acknowledge someone waiting in line. Get it together! I’ll go hungry til another stop now I guess.

They always either have the toaster turned off before they close, or it isnt working. Just sucks cause its the closest option nearby, and quik rip right down the road is starting to get my business instead.

Worse Subway I’ve ever seen. Employees are extremely rude. Saw us standing here waiting for 5-10 mins but wouldn’t help us until I said hello we would like to order. She said I’ll be with you in a minute and never came out. We walked out without anything!
This is unacceptable. How many customers have they lost because of this behavior? Just awful!

Subway is supposed to make fresh bread everyday, and I love their bread. I have no doubt that the bread I got was not fresh, it was at least a day or two old, possibly even older. It was stale, hard, and dry, and it kind of ruined the sub. By the time I got to the end I took the meat and cheese out, ate it by itself, and threw away the rest of the bread. Also the service was slow.

I’m glad they finally got a good worker like Daniel. I put diesel here a lot n always stop to get a sub, but not recently cuz they always had bad, ignorant, dirty workers. I’ve left bad reviews cuz of them. But today Daniel was there and changed my view of Subway. Very respectful and tentative. Thank you for making subway great again…

I’m here at Subway and right now is 919. He said he’s not open yet and I see the schedule they should open at 7 o’clock in the morning but nobody work here and only one man. He told me they’re not ready yet and they still have like another 40 minutes wait so this is very very bad. I’m so hungry. I tried to find food for me not to eat like Subway, but the guy is not so bad Service.

Even though is shows the option to “Build your Own” 6″ ham sub for $6.50 on the menu, they claim the only option is to pay $11+ for the “Series” subs. This is the only location I have ever experience this at. When I questioned the lead, she said she can let her manager know and that it was supposed to be removed from the menu. Seems to me like a way for the owner to charge double for a sandwich to put some extra change in his/her pocket. I would gladly sit through 5 rounds of stoplights at the Walnut location than ever go back here.

Terrible experience. Between the employee talking to her friends and giving them food for free and trying to take our order, you can imagine the employee not putting the right stuff on the sandwich. Took way to long to make a sandwich. Will definitely not come back.

Went in to this Subway wich was inside of a gas station. There was no one at the counter, but that’s fine. We waited for maybe 5-10 minutes until an employee walked out with a clipboard in hand, saw us standing there, and then walked back to their backoffice area without saying a word. I thought she maybe was putting the clipboard back but no, went back there to use her cellphone. After waiting for a bit more we left empty handed. Enough to say we won’t be going back to this location again.
