I never leave reviews, because I sometimes just feel like it’s unnecessary. Today I went in, peak lunch hour. 4 people in front of me and one worker on the line. His name was Jose. The BEST service I’ve ever had a subway before and that’s because I used to work at a subway! He was super fast, friendly and efficient. I had three sandwiches at that. He had a flow going you could tell. Super hygienic when he was making our sandwiches and everything. Not to mention our sandwiches came out super freaking delicious!! His badge said “manager” and I can see why! I will continue to come back to this location, because he set the standard for me honestly! 10/10 Thank you Jose!!!

This Subway had pleasant staff. I appreciated the friendly greeting from the employee. The food was edible but they were less generous with their toppings and the bread was stale and dry. Another issue that I have is they’re location is a little hard to get to but that’s not really their fault. The restaurant was small and mostly clean but because of the layout I would not have felt comfortable spending a lot of time there. Overall okay experience and I’d be happy to visit again sometime.

Got the $8.99 footlong offer and was told I had to order online to get that so I spent at least 20 minutes trying to order using the subway app only to find they didn’t redeem that offer. They could have told me that from the first.

I decided to go to Subway #70297 off Hwy 46. It’s on the way to Seguin. But it’s still in New Braunfels. I ordered through the app and was super specific about what I wanted. One of the sandwiches had something we didnt want on it… So, I get there, the window attendant was rude, had attitude, and slammed the window in my face twice because she kept forgetting pieces of my order. The second time was because I asked about the cookies she forgot. She said said she was trying to help someone else and slung my cookies to me. Then, to top it off, the special sandwich was to be mayo, turkey, and bacon only. Nothing else! They totally meased that up too! If your company doesn’t take phone orders, please read the online order carefully. If you don’t have patience or want to pay attention, or even don’t want be at work, don’t take it out on the nice customers. Definitely will not be going back to that #SubstandardSubway and I live down the street. I’ll drive further for better service It’s worth it.

Horrible horrible service at the 140 HE 46 location, placed an order and called at 5:11PM today, the woman/girl that answered was highly unpleasant, and rude. Stated she just got to work and was wouldn’t look up my order, when asked for a manager she proceeded to talk about me to the individual in the restaurant with her in a heightened tone “I don’t know what she’s talking about I had two sandwiches so not my fault.” We will not be going to this location in New Braunfels Square again, thank you!

Picked up an uber eats order. first, the older lady who was at the front immediately started being passive aggressive. she told me what to sign, proceeding to explain that i needed my drivers license. i asked her to clarify it, and she had an attitude “yup!! no license no product” in a condescending and aggressive tone. she continued to tell her co worker, “how else can i explain it to people, no license no product, it’s that simple.” laughing and being disrespectful. i never made a big deal about it, i just asked her “oh my drivers license?” went to grab the license from my car and handed it to her. proceeded to be passive aggressive towards me. handed me each item individuals with no access to bag. unlike subways i’ve been to in other areas, none of the order was already ready and packed. had to pack everything myself. very frustrating experience as an uber driver.

Great deal and excellent service!
The staff was incredibly patient while taking our order, and we were pleasantly surprised by their attentiveness. It was an extra bonus that they could also speak Spanish, which made the experience even better.

The employee from afternoon of 9/8 doesn’t even try to get mobile orders right. 3 different orders he skipped toasting, and one he skipped cheese. Tried not to toast one of them even after being called out. Hire better!!

We made a mobile order around 8:00 p.m. with 10 sandwiches. We went to pick them up and there was only 1 gentleman working and he had them all ready and perfectly made. He was very polite and made our experience so awesome. He mentioned he was swamped and there was 4 other people in the lobby at that time, yet he still did a fantastic job and had a great attitude. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but this was around 8:30-9 pm on June 30th. He was the only one working. I hope this reaches the right managers so he gets the recognition he deserves!
