Less than impressed with my experience from ordering through the SUBWAY® app at this location. I ordered double meat along with two bags of chips and a drink, the two bags of chips that were delivered were wrong along with my missing meat. I called the store and spoke to Al Who informed me he couldn’t help me because he didn’t have the receipt of my order I offered him the order number from the app which he didn’t take because he kept reiterating the system was turned off; he then he proceeds to tell me well I can’t help you call back tomorrow at nine tomorrow because the store is closed. I said sir your subway store closed at 4 PM? online it says it closes later… he said yes we’re closed I can’t help you.

Gah damn… I have no words, uhm I ordered my meatball sub and a guy tried to mug me for my sandwich so I started beating him with it, the bread was so stale it ended up breaking his nose and his jaw, then the manager, jean, came out and started scolding me because I “ruined a perfectly good sandwich” so I then beat her with the remaining meatball sub

Ok, so corporate sends out coupons to get your attention. To then only tell their customers, sorry we are franchisee and we don’t take coupons. We’ll take your coupon and… Horrible way of doing business. Will never go to any SUBWAY in NB, because they are all the same. Thanks for letting me know your business concept is HORRIBLE!

Ed was not very friendly while making our sandwiches and salad. Ed was not conversation friendly, very dry…. he also wouldn’t allow us to separate our food to do two transactions. I was paying for my meals and my mother’s meal separately with her money and my card. He pointed to the cameras and said they wouldn’t allow it.

My Sandwitch is made all wrong it’s not hot like I asked they threw pickles on it which I did not want and I asked for extra onions and didn’t get one onion. I called the store after I made it home and they don’t wanna pick up this is ridiculous

Got two sandwiches, one had mold on it, called the store to let them know to check the rest of the bread, manager hung up on us. Called again trying to tell them we didn’t want a new sandwich or refund, just for them to check the bread, hung up on us again.

It’s normally clean here. It is a busy location tho. The worker are overworked and they are not afraid to tell you. They act overworked as well. One of the workers has ridiculous dandruff that hangs on the edge. This was my last day coming. I was afraid that one of the flakes was going to drop on my sandwich and I was overwhelmed with emotion. I only come because I get good coupons in the mail. Who ever owns this needs to hire more staff because your staff working 8 to 14 days in a row is disheartening and I won’t come back til you fix these things I mentioned and stop being greedy. Also, to he owners. I have never heard of not getting extra veggies. Yell are tripping I can understand meat or cheese but….what?

My family and I went for a quick bite in the evening on 2/27/23. The staff that worked that evening were very busy, but they were so patient and kind. We wanted to leave a note to say how appreciative we were of them. The sandwiches we got were delicious, too.
