Ladies were nice. But I got an All American club, asked for double turkey. They charged me for it. They definitely did not givee double turkey and they didn’t even put bacon on the sandwich when it comes with it. I live in Edna and didn’t even notice until I got home. Def going to have to get my money back for being charged for something I didn’t get.

I had a small inconvenience with one of the workers at Subway. Normally, when I order something, I change the bread and then ask the workers to make the rest exactly as stated on the menu, without any other changes. However, this lady kept asking me if I wanted to make any changes. I kept telling her, ‘just like it says on the menu.’ After several questions, she started getting annoyed with me, justifying it by saying she wasn’t looking at the menu and asked me to tell her what I wanted. I calmly repeated what was on the menu, but she continued to insist that she wasn’t looking at it and needed a yes or no answer. At that point, I stopped talking to her until she finished making my Subway. I think she lost her professionalism at that moment. I paid for my purchase and told the cashier that the worker needed to be more professional. The cashier told me that I made it difficult for her. In my opinion, it wasn’t professional to act that way because no other place acts like that, and it wasn’t the first time with this lady. I understand she needs to ask questions, but when someone specifies exactly as it is on the menu, she shouldn’t get upset. Whoever is managing the area should train this employee properly. Have a good day. This happened on 7/21/24 at 5:30 PM.

This Subway sandwich store is one of the worst I have ever been in. The first time I stopped I thought I caught them on a bad night so I blew it off. The second time was a repeat of the first.
I had just finished fishing and was heading back to SA at around 8:30 PM on 03/25/2016. I walked over to the counter and ask if they were still open the young lady behind the counter said, “Yes but I’m not toasting anything!” I said excuse me and she repeated “I said were open but I’m not toasting anything! ” I ordered a 6″ turkey sub and it came with4 pieces of turkey, 6 pieces of onion, 2 tomato slices and 6 pieces of green pepper.
Service and quality are not this stores strong points. And yes I have sent in a report to corporate about this store.

We were super hungry and stopped at this Conoco.Ordered a chicken breast salad. The chicken pieces were dry and hard. OmG why?

Service at the subway was slow and rude. She also refused to toast bread since they were closing in 20 minutes. If they’re open they should perform all services. Also, the front counter attendant kept disappearing to the back. Next time I’ll just stop at the other gas station down the road.
