The sandwich and the cookies were good but I had to wait 20 minutes because the payment terminal did not work. The staff had to restart the system, which took a long time and caused some people behind me in the line to leave the place. Everything finally worked but I expected some compensation like a free cookie or a small discount.

Only one lady was working here today. She was very kind and made the experience very pleasant. Especially in the middle of finals, a very positive experience and environment was exactly what I needed. I came here for a sandwich, got a left with a delicious sandwich and a big smile. I will definitely come back sometime.

It was the evening, and this poor lady had to make eight sandwiches by herself for a whole group of people. She did a really good job, but obviously the service was slow because of it. If she had another person it would’ve been fine. The sandwiches were good, but service was pretty bad thanks to the lack of staff. Try coming here when it isn’t so crowded.

This subway was really disappointing for me. As a former employee i expected The restaurant to be appealing to the public, organized and clean. However i flounder several flaws just by being in the line. The ingredients look old, and i ordered A chicken ranch melt sandwich and I had it toasted and the chicken was cold! It was like they never put it in there! I’m very disappointed in this location. I will be going to the 24 hour one now in Northgate!

Guy making the sandwich was good and friendly too. There was another guy (maybe the supervisor) there so I am not sure why all but one of the tables were dirty. Not bags and cups but crumbs and mayonnaise type of dirty.

We come here and get a quick bite before the game. Service was good. Restaurant was clean. Not many people in here so it was quick to get in and out.

The only subway that don’t take coupons. Why send the coupons? At least put a sign on the door that the owner is stingy and don’t take them. On top of that the food is not worth the price. Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere. Avoid. I repeat avoid this place.

This place sux. They dont pay their employees right. I dont support this establishment. Ive been in a few time to long wait periods because they only have one employee making several sanwhiches at a time. Ive had to wait 20+ mins for my meal. When i could have gone to mcdonalds nd gotten something right away.

This place has friendly service and the workers there are always willing to talk while they are making your sandwich. They also occasionally make the old sub “the feast” if you ask for it which is a very delicious sub.
