I visited this Subway location today and ordered 2 subs, a 6 inch veggie delite and a footlong turkey sub. My turkey sub was made alright, a little too salty, but no big deal. However, my 6 inch sub for my fiancee was made incorrectly, which was extremely disappointing, especially considering the staff member had repeated the order back to me, which just confirms that he knows what he did wrong. The six inch was also strangely much smaller than usual.
As somebody who tips after their meal, don’t expect me to leave a tip for poor service and an incorrect meal.
I also noticed a very anti-homeless sign on the door, which is extremely distasteful and heartless.
Aside from this, though, this Subway location is located in the heart of downtown Bryan. The interior is beautiful with an open design.

Came here at this location for the first time. Very clean looking restaurant until I got to their food station. I ordered the Boss meatball sub, turkey bacon sub, an Italian sub. There was a fly buzzing around the veggie area, the meats didn’t look too fresh, the bread looked old, and service in general was slow and it wasn’t even busy. I watched a worker wash his hands then wipe it on his thigh pants. He used gloves to make my food and I only picked the veggies that the fly didn’t land on. I even saw this fly land on the top of his hand while he was making a sub for the customer before me. Then he went on to use that same glove to cash me out. They were out of lettuce so I had to request that they refill them. The subs were ok and this was our first time that we actually had Subway in a long time. Overall, just pricey for a footlong, it’s more than a plate lunch nowadays. I have no idea why I didn’t just walk out the door and gone to another food joint when I had the chance.
Staff were friendly, but pretty slow on making sandwiches faster. I was there a total of 15 mins before finally leaving out the front door. Lots of street parking. Sorry, was too irritated to take photos of their menu and my food to post.

If I could go lower on the service I would have. My family stopped after a long day, but as soon as we walked into the door, Derek, one of the employees, was sitting at a table. He got very annoyed when we walked in. From that point on, he was completely rude. I asked for a 6″ on Italian, he pulled a loaf of bread and handed it to me. He was acting rude and scoffed at my daughter when she tried to tell him what she wanted. He did not ask what meat or cheese we wanted. He stood there staring, not asking questions. There was a second guy named Audie who was nice and extremely helpful. There was a guy behind us who had a sandwich made, and Derek went to walk away without asking if there was anything else. The guy behind us wanted a pizza, but when he saw Derek’s face, he told them never mind on the pizza. The way we were treated tonight, maybe the last time we eat at this location. I would rather drive to College Station, out of the way, to go to Subway then go here. As long as Derek is there, I will not stop. If I spend my hard earned money, I should be treated like a person and not dismissed as if I am bothering you by walking in the door.
