We eat here all the time, the same order. I’ve never been charged for shredded mozzarella on my daughter’s meatball subs. The worker did NOT tell me that they only had whole mozzarella and did NOT tell me it costed $2 more per sandwich! I had a coupon for 3 foot long subs for $17.99 and I got a soup. It was a total of $26.61! When I told her I didn’t know about the cheese costing that she just laughed. I’m not eating there again. I feel like I got ripped off. And she put my soup in a huge subway bag and it leaked everywhere.

Stopped in for lunch around 1pm today. The lady worker was short and not friendly. Refused to cut up protein bowl ingredients which makes it difficult to eat. She stated she has been told not to cut things up. Cooler has been down, according to her, for some time, asked her for a water and she appeared put out that she would have to go ab extra 10 feet to the back room for it. Poor service, not recommended.

Service was very slow and they waited until we already had our sandwiches made to tell us their card machine was down. It happened to everyone coming in. They wouldn’t tell them before they had their food prepared. I had to go to a nearby atm and get cash. I understand issues arise but they could have informed us when we entered. Lady at the register was rude and not apologetic.

Just visited, and the “supervisor” Lynn Jenkins is absolutely the rudest “supervisor” I’ve ever encountered… I got a footlong titan sandwich, asked for olives and pickles only and she put 4…. FOURRRR olives and when I asked for some more she straight up Said nope.. she can’t give any extras … im pretty sure more than FOUR olives comes on a 6 inch alone! She said she ain’t getting fired from giving someone too many olives. I said that’s not even enough for a 6 inch. I’m literally getting nothing else. She kept on about how she not losing her job over some olives. When I asked if there was a manager she said oh baby IM the supervisor. I asked for a number to contact over her and she said its on the receipt, didn’t even give me the receipt, I had to get it myself. And rhen went to the back and slammed a door. Currently watching a customer standing in there because she hasn’t come out the back yet.

Hi- I’ve been getting TOASTED tuna sandwiches from Subway for a decade now and this is the only location that will not toast my sandwich, it’s in the instructions, they called and asked if it’s ok to toast the tuna I said yes I always get it this way and they did not toast either sandwiches. It’s gross cold- this is the only location that refuses to toast the tuna sandwiches.

Got the monster footlong steak sandwich. There was barely anything on it. 4 green peppers on entire sandwich and no bacon even though it was paid for. Supposed to be double cheese and there was not even a single serving of cheese. This location has recently went waaaaay downhill. Owners need to make some serious changes in the subway “artists”.
