Had the best customer service. I went on September 19th around 5 or 6PM. I wanted to give a shout out to the lady that served me but I went and forgot her name. If she don’t get a raise or some accolades y’all crazy. Amazing customer service and an uncanny ability to connect with the customer as well as paying attention to issues and helping solve them. Shout out to Michigan for producing such talent.

Today I went in and their was a new hire, Trisstian. I asked for double pepperoni, he made my sandwich perfect. I was his very first customer. He was excited and made my sandwich so cute looking, it looked like the ones on tv. Best of luck Trisstian! Thank you Subway.

So today I got a foot long subway sandwich here and I told the lady what I want and she repeated herself and I specifically said light mustard, light, mayo and she repeated that then while she was putting on mustard on it she knew she messed up she put way too much and then said “it’s okay I’ll cancel out the mustard by adding so much Mayo on it” let me tell you she put way too freaking much the cashier lady was just looking at my reaction I went home and I started cleaning the Mayo and mustard off my sandwich and i ended up throwing it away

This subway had the freshest ingredients I have seen at a Subway in SO LONG. Both the gals working behind the counter were extremely polite and efficient. It’s unfortunate we were just passing through. Our Subways up where we live in DFW are nowhere near this nice, both ingredient wise and customer service. I would eat at them more often if they were. I’m sorry to say I didn’t catch either of their names. But I know how hard it is to find good help these days, and it seems you hit the jackpot.

Won’t allow you to substitute the rotisserie chicken on the elite chicken bacon ranch for grilled chicken. Want to charge you for a different sub then add extra cheese and add bacon instead.

That woman looked me dead in the face and gave me brick hard bread. And that’s after taking almost 5 minutes to even start servicing me. There’s not enough bad review to say how pathetic that is. I’m paying for a sandwich ad this woman gave me rocks. At some point Subway will understand hiring people that at kestrel give a dam about service.

Visited this store towards the end of our cross country road trip, had many subway sandwiches on the way and can truly say that this store was the cleanest, tidiest and most organised one that we visited. The manager does a truly wonderful job and has such care in her work, it was amazing to see and a great introduction to Texas. Well done!
