I made an order to be delivered by Door dash. Order was canceled at the store and yet they still charged me after they canceled my order and will not give me a refund. They say Door dash is responsible to refund my money. Subway is the one that I paid on my debt card!! Will never mess with Subway again!

This subway has gotten so bad, worst customer service. They dont answer the phone to take orders so when you go through to the window they have a sign saying short staffed call-ins only. I went through there and seen 3 people standing in there just talking and the lady told me that I need to call in a preorder only because they only do pickups. Then said “next time read the sign”. It was crack head looking lady missing like 4 or 5 of her front top teeth. This use to be a good place.

Everything about this store just screamed “Enter at your own risk”. The staff was rude. They can’t take coupons because they are and I quote “Privately Owned”. Who privately owns a major sandwich shop, no one. I do not recommend going to this location.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced at subway. I live in bridge city but will now be driving to orange or port neches for subway because this one is a waste of time. 9 times out of 10 they are out of what you want and like i said the service was horrible.

I only get a hr for lunch. Every time I go here and pull up to the drive thru they will sir and stare at you. Then tell you oh drive thru is closed. You walk in and will stand there for 30 mins to just finally get them to start taking your order. Yall need to get with your program are get out.

I go in and order one footlong spicy Italian with 2 scoops on teriyaki chicken, 1 sprite, 1 bag of chips, and 6 cookies for $16.50. Today I go in and order the same thing and it came out to $26.30. So I had to get rid of the cookies and 1 scoop of chicken and it came out to $18.13. This is the last time I will be going to Subway because something doesn’t add up. Example of either bad math or theft right in front of me. This all happened in the span of 3 days.
