Nice atmosphere, clean, and employees are helpful. The beautiful and sweet Jessica and Maria were cleaning away and stocking while able to help. I have uploaded a couple pictures of food and environment. I don’t speak for all the experiences here, but mine was great. I forgot to get the happy Gilmore cup….next time!

Went in bought 2 footlongs from the menu said we want everything that comes on it on it, ladies were incoherent and kept asking if we want something else. Not to mention footlongs were also not cooked right as the toaster was down and they microwaved it. Subkrunch was stale aswell.

the lady’s working at this location are extremely rude ! they also don’t know how to make half the sandwiches on their menu.. seems like some training needs to be done.. reading the reviews and realizing we’re not the only ones who have had an awful experience i don’t understand how this location is still open.

Closed 15 mins prior to the mentioned closing time. Employes working inside locked the door from inside and never responded, there was a lady trying to hide in the kitchen. I mean if you are closed atleast turn your light off!! Never giving them my business again.

Tried this location again after not coming for a few years and I can honestly say I’m happy I did ! The customer service was amazing and the store was really clean and well stocked ! Maria was literally doing so well on the line that I had to order a footlong and I only came for the cookies lol ! Maria and Kevin continued to change their gloves as to practice cleanliness while preparing the food, etc. ! They were nothing short of amazing to everyone whom I witnessed enter while there ! Great job, keep up the great hospitality

the mexican lady who was working October 26 , very rude to me. continued to have conversations with another man while im asking her to make my order. she had me wait 10-15 mins for her to make other orders ! so not right dont think ill be back to this location

Ambiance. As I walked into this Subway location it became very clear that there was no air conditioning. There was no way I could stay and eat my sandwich inside. I felt so very sorry for the 2 young ladies who were taking my orders. I asked them how they were feeling because it was obvious they were not comfortable. I asked one of them if they were okay. The lack of circulation of air and then the heat of the bread ovens is not an acceptable working environment. I even asked if they had any fans available for them and for any customers that might have wanted to stay to eat there (although a customer can leave as they wish). In the short amount of time, I was there to get my sandwiches I could not breathe well, and I walked out sweating. I am trying to call today to let a supervisor aware my experience at this particular location but no answer. I hope that I can reach someone to let them know that the working conditions are not safe for the employees nor the customers. IT WAS HOT in there!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The employees are rude & when you have an issue, they call the manager who speaks to you in a completely nasty manner. And they say things to each other in Spanish not knowing if you understand them, which I somewhat can. I guarantee if the manager was onsite, they would not do this….for obvious reasons. And I have experienced this at two different subways in this area. The treatment is absolutely ridiculous. Do not go here unless you want to be treated poorly. And I am going to look into the rules on having offsite managers because there should always be one onsite to handle issues & keep the establishment working as it should.
