I asked for more pickles, the last said no, so I left my 1/2 made sandwich on the line and left. Jersey Mike’s is twice as expensive, growing and profitable, but Subway seems focused on the least important part of making a great sandwich: cost. Charge 50 cents more and give me more pickles.

I ordered two subs to go and asked for them both to be toasted and they weren’t. I tried to be nice and just asked them to remake and toast just one of them and so the manager took my sub and just threw it in the toaster and gave it back to me. Now I have a hot lettuce sub that’s all soggy what a waste. 5/11/2024 7:00pm I forgot the managers name that did it

They completely ruined my online order. I went to the location in person and the two Hispanic women acted like they didn’t understand why I was upset that my order was incorrect. Spinach missing , messy condiment application. Then told me to go online for a refund. I’ll never return! I’m so upset!

I’m only giving three stars as the young lady that was making the food does not wash her hands at all before or after but for the most part I will give them another try again I think hand-washing plays a big part in to help and keep germs down there is no oversight in the fast food industry

I had a very negative experience at this location, I’m trying not to believe I was racially profiled. I had went in to order a sandwich . I dressed professionally as a finance manager of one luxury dealership around. The shorter lady at the store just seemed to be in too much of a hurry to get my food and that was not the first time, well I took my food and decided since I was on a 3 way call with my wife and my bank to eat in instead of leave with my food, continued with my call on my EarPods while I ate, one of attendants left I guess was the end of her shift, noticed the shorter lady kept looking at me from behind the counter, not too long after mall security pulled up to the building with flashing. Didn’t put any stock to that. It was when I finished my meal washed my hand got back in my truck which is a high end one. Drove off and the security drove off right after. That’s when I put 2 and 2 together, she called security on me. Don’t know what could warranted that. Like I said don’t wanna believe it was racially motivated, but what else could it be.

Asked to change gloves bec of vegan..there was big guy with pony tails started looking at other server which was the manager..and laughed..said something in Spanish carne…mucho carne..
Asked for salt said no. Asked to put veges the manager started slamming them. No hello no buy. Giving us looks all the time while we were on the counter. Looking and saying something in Spanish..rude…

I had the worse experience a while ago with the rude lady that gave me such a hard time just because I ask her for a ranch that I had requested in my mobile order . She had a nasty attitude.. didn’t have any more unsweetened tea and didn’t even offer something else , I had to buy a bottle of sprite . How shameful of her to treat customers like that , I just wanted dinner and go home after a long day . They sure need customers service classes or something . My order was just there no chips , no ranch , ask to be cut in 3 and nothing either . The worse part is their attitude
