Manager put their hands all over my bag just to let me know I accidentally grabbed a medium cup instead of the small, very unnecessary and had their breathe all over my bag just to read the receipt. Also one of the employees has hearing issues, will have to repeat things 3-4 times for him to understand

Absolutely horrible! Always out of meatball and can’t seem to get a refund if they run out of the sandwich you order or replace it with another item. You have to contact Customer Service to get your refund and then you can’t even call, you have to submit a request.
