If I could give a zero I would… walked into this establishment on 2/5/26 7:06pm to pick up my online order. And to my horror I watched the female employees who keeps grabbing her phone with gloves on and putting into her back pocket I confront her and she changes gloves this is my first issue. I leave home with my order to find out that my turkey sandwich has NO TURKEY! AND MY Italian herbs and cheese bread isn’t Italian herbs and cheese but weat i proceed to drive all the way back into the establishment @7:20pm to where in ignored and the two employees who are smiling at one another. I confront them about my order and im ignored. Once the male employee finished helping the customer infront of him he has no other option but to acknowledge me. I show him my order he smiles and says he’ll remake it and this point a line has formed behind me. So instead of making my order first since I was there first TWICE NOW! HE PROCEEDS TO TAKE THE PERSONS BEHINDS ME ORDER. I ADDRESS HIM AND TELL HIM HE WILL BE MAKING MY ORDER FIRST AND PROCEEDS TO LAUGH AGAIN. idk what kind of people they are hiring at Subway but this is not good customer service. And they broke several health violations I asked for a manager and was told one wasn’t present and refused to disclose their names. And yes I took video of this encounter and have submitted a complaint to corporate.
All I wanted was my order remade but their behavior has taken me to this extent. Mistakes happen we are all human but this rude behavior is not okay.

Asked for extra spinach today on my sandwich because he put maybe 4 leaves on there in the first place, then he proceeded to put 2 more leaves of spinach and I ask for more because it was ridiculous even the other customer behind me laughed. Then he starts to get an attitude about it saying it will be extra for a proper amount of vegetables. Turns around to the board as if there’s a sign (which there wasn’t) and refuses to give me what I asked for. Funny part is I’ve been going here for almost 2 years every other week. NOT NO MORE TRULY PATHETIC

Stopped by at 9:45, I know a little close to closing time, but made every effort to get there by 10pm. The lady standing inside had locked the door before that time. Really craving Subway. Bummed their hours advertised on the door and online was not accurate.

I left this store pissed today because the girl wouldn’t make my sandwich the way I requested with Doritos on it; ok, fine, but after that she refused to sell me a bag so I could put it on my own sandwich. How the hell you gonna charge too much for a sandwich but won’t bend in any way or at least sell me what you obviously had in stock so I could have made my own. You wasted your own money today, but I refused to buy the sandwich we already made! I was very clear that I wanted a nacho Doritos and steak sandwich before we even began making it!! I would most definitely like a manager to contact me and explain why we can’t sell Doritos to customers. Big fat zero in customer service

I received a coupon in the mail so I thought I would give it a try. Asked about the coupon on arrival and was told they accept them. Sandwich was made as i wanted and without incident. Did not like when paying that their machine wants to know how much of a tip you want to leave. Not a fan of that.

I will certainly not go here anywhere near closing time after reading so many nightmare stories about picking up orders then.
Went there first time Friday, 12/13/24, at 2pm. Not busy; ordered, sandwiches were good; place has “A” rating from city of Pearland on the door. Was very clean as far as we could see. My issue was the stinking music playing too loud from the overhead speaker. It sounded like two radio stations playing at the same time through a broken speaker. It was very bad. I asked the older lady putting food out if she would please turn it off, completely off. She said no, they can’t control it which is ridiculous to think a store manager cannot control something as simple as the music and it’s volume in his own store. Don’t know if that’s exactly the case but she said they couldn’t do anything about the horrific noise we had to listen to while we tried to sit and enjoy our sandwiches.

Even though I don’t work at Premiere Cinema anymore, this Subway is my go-to location. They have the best service and the hardest workers. They almost never run out of ingredients, and their sandwiches are toasted just right almost every time.

I am so tired of going in here at 7pm or 8pm and the people are already putting away food and getting ready to get out of there. I went in tonight on sept.21, at 7:00pm and all the vegetables were gone and I asked the guy if they were closed and he said ,no just cleaning. He did not speak very good english. And he had the top of the meat cover blocking the meat and I could not see the meat section. I told the guy I cant see the meat, you need to open the cover. He said no I cant, i am cleaning, the he starts calling off meat they have. I said forget it, Ill go somewhere else. They barely had any bread either. Thats the worst Subway and what is bad it is across from our neghborhood but it is not something we can have,I guess. The manager of that Subway needs to be replaced. If they cant get their crap together they will be closing.

please for the love of god schedule someone else to help this poor man past 7PM. management should not allowing one singular person to run the whole store when there is a possibility of a set of 7+ internet orders that this guy has to do by himself. the gentleman behind the counter was extremely efficient and was trying his hardest, despite being entirely overwhelmed with internet orders. completely unfair to make one person responsible for two+ hours solo before close. shift is horrendously understaffed for such a workload, schedule more people later. had to wait an extra hour, was seconds from walking out before my sandwhich was being made.
