Wow guess im not the only one that they been rude to. Store manager was very rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t know how to talk to people. Told me how I should handle my money. Like lady you have to right to tell me how I deal with my money all because I order online. Like be for real. And then bans me because I told her you dont have to talk to me like that(rude). She obviously got mad cause I told her that. Needs to work on her people skill. Dont you ever laugh at my face.

I stopped by this Subway location for a quick lunch. When I returned to work and took a bite of my sandwich, the bread was hard and the meat tasted sour. Because of this, I brought the sandwich back the next morning (after only one bite) to give the location another chance.

Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I was treated as if I had done something wrong. The cashier questioned me extensively—asking when I purchased the sandwich, stating she didn’t remember seeing me, and repeatedly pressing for a receipt. When I explained that I no longer had the receipt, I even offered to show my bank transaction on my phone, which I did. Despite clear proof of purchase, the replacement was made reluctantly and with an unpleasant attitude.

As a Subway customer for over 30 years, I was disappointed enough to ask to speak with a manager. When the manager came out, I politely asked if she could sit with me for a moment to discuss the issue. She refused.

This is no way to treat a paying customer—especially one who simply expected edible food and basic courtesy. I will be contacting corporate regarding this experience, and I will not be returning to this particular location.

Rude lady behind the counter was not very nice and very hostile when I was the only customer. When I asked for her to repeat my order she rolled her eyes and took a deep breath. Seemed like she was annoyed with me being there.

I never leave bad reviews anywhere but one of the ladies from this location made my experience at this subway horrible. One of the ladies at this subway was overly rude and ugly towards me even though I was very kind and apologetic towards her. The attitude was so uncalled for. 0/10000

Very good customer service except one person I asked for my sub to be tosted extra and she looked at me like I was stupid then I asked for subcrunch because that’s what the sandwiched comes with she grab like 3 finger full and it was like barely anything, so I asked her if she could add more.She told me she would have to charge me when there was barely any sub crunch on the sandwich already it gave she didn’t want to be there.

Went today during my lunch break and this was the first time going without placing an order ahead of time, the 3 employees working did an amazing job getting everyone in and out as soon as possible even when it was the rush hour. They seemed to work really good together, store was clean and organized.

I came in about 5 minutes to close, Fransisco and Brandy were so nice. The veggies were still fresh and my sandwich made up for a long Friday! Will be back and recommend. Thank you for having employees who are nice and engaging with your customers and don’t give attitude even when we’re running late.

We went in to get dinner and we’re helped by a very nice young man who’s name tag said Francisco and another young lady. They handled our fairly large order quickly, efficiently, and they were very friendly. They did a fantastic job at creating a lovely customer service experience for us. Thank you!
