This is the closest location to my house so I’ve gone many times despite them being slow, downing the sandwich in condiments to where the paper won’t even stay together, and messing up my order on many occasions. I however will simply drive the extra few minutes to a different location from now on as when I ordered today I realized there were no condiments at all, so when I went back inside to ask the worker about it she tried to tell me it was there it was just in a different order now. It was in fact not there so she added it on. I didn’t want to have them make three whole new sandwiches so I didn’t even mention the fact that all three were prepared with the wrong bread. I’m just tired of never getting the right order when I go.

I went in with with a “dark cloud” over my mood but left giggling because of the fun vibe that the 2 young ladies had created just by their interaction with costumers. Very comfortable, definitely my favorite go Thank you Blue and Faith!

Absolutely terrible service here! The “manager” is useless, the employees talk and laugh over all of the “fresh” ingredients while making your sandwich which is disgusting (germs, spit, saliva) that could be contaminating the food they are preparing. They clearly don’t know how to read or are just plain stupid obviously both. None of my sandwiches were toasted as requested, in fact the flatbread is supposed to be toasted unless otherwise noted by the customer (worked there when I was a teenager) & then bc they chose to be so lazy there is paper stuck to the bottom of the flatbread sandwich.

two younger women working there 10-20-25 around 6:45 pm. when i walked in they both sighed and grunted and looked at me ugly. they rushed me out and threw everything in a bag for me to leave. so unprofessional horrible attitudes. if you don’t like your job quit. i’ll never be coming back to this location

Just ordered doordash. They were out of All bread but wheat – not what we ordered. The wheat bread taste chewy and hard to rip off/bite into so it seems like old bread, not fresh.
My husband got a 6 inch instead of a footlong like he ordered. He also ordered double protein roasted chicken breast and received instead a tiny bit of shredded chicken. See photos – there’s barely any meat and it’s not what he ordered.
Mine was the cali and has no avocado which I know they charge more for. See photos.
Plenty of other places to eat around here that do a better job. Won’t order here again. Doordash only credited $6. We should have gotten a full refund for this. Yuck.

The heavy set African American female that fixed my sandwich had an extremely bad attitude, my meatball sandwich had fallen apart (my mistake on the extra marinara sauce) plus she had no intention of remaking it.

Check your online orders before leaving. I did an online order twice and both times they messed it up. They swapped the breads and didn’t toast it like the order said to do.

Just grabbed some food with my son. I was alone with my wheelchair bound son. The kind woman who made our sandwiches came out to carry my drinks to the car and hold the door open for us. That was very kind and helpful of her. We appreciate you very much! She should get a raise.

Came to this location at 9:05 they had already closed Early for the night. The sign says they close at 9:30. There were two young workers in the store at this location. Please fix this this is an Inconvenience!

We ordered delivery for 2 subs and 2 bags of chips through subway who uses doordash. The stoned delivery guy didnt bring the chips and said to contact subway. We did and was told by Brenda they would not reimberse the chips and that we could drive to pickup the chips from the store. So basically the delivery charge was for the subs and not the chips. I thought it was for both but subway doesent correct their mistakes and choose customers but will take money for a product and not deliver the product which to me is stealing. So now we are no longer customers and the regional manager probably will reflect the attitudes of the employees and do nothing. Its not the cheap bags of chips thats the problem but the idea a business can take from a customer and not produce a product. This is poor practice and will be persuing a response from the top of the franchise.
