Went in at 8:30pm closing time is 10pm. Nothing was restocked on the line meats or cold topping. Short Hispanic lady made me feel uncomfortable being there I love subway I order the same thing everything time I’m usually one to not put reviews but man this experience was awful should’ve went across the street

Horrible customer service. I work with the public as well so I get not liking the closing shifts but I was the only one there came through the door and no one was there waited like 3 mins than finally called out “hello” I heard her yell back but she took her time coming to the counter. Not only was she rude, she flat out looked at me like she hated me, I always tip but after I paid 12 dollars for one sandwich and got horrible treatment I didn’t tip. Your employee are not only bad at their job they are mean. Your store has several complaints about this and you obviously don’t care I won’t go back. I voted that our friendly town boycott your location and it go out of business this isn’t the first time your employees have been straight mean to me and your other customers as well.

We ordered our food on the app then once we arrived we picked up the food assuming the order would be right then we drive home “we live in Alvin” and we opened our food and we were excited to eat then once we opened both sandwiches they were both completely wrong so we try to call and ofc it kept telling us there phone didn’t have service so we tried to call on my girlfriends phone and same thing so we had no way to resolve our problem so we just reordered our food from the one in Alvin so we could actually get the food we paid for and no refund option or any complaint option on the app. It’s insane

We have been doing business with Subway for years. It is 11:58am.First of all the red onion was frozen and old. The tomatoes were old and very sour! This place needs better management. The employee slapped all of our sandwiches on the green trays. Our experience here was not a pleasant one! I understand why there is no business?

I went in to get a sandwich on my lunch break. The women that made my sandwich, Alisana, was on her phone the whole time. She came out from the back and I stood there for 2 minutes waiting for her to stop talking on the phone. While she was making my sandwich she repeatedly touched her phone and then touched my sandwich with the same hand. Very unsanitary and disgusting.

I placed an order through the app and got the absolute worst sandwiches (4) EVER!!! For starters: I literally had 6 leaves of spinach on one footlong, no lettuce on the other one, banana peppers that weren’t supposed to be on one, hardly any meat on one, one was almost naked, and then they were smashed!

ordered 2 toasted sandwiches, one white bread one one cheese bread and both were cheese bread. both sandwiches were ordered with bacon and neither were toasted (as requested) neither sandwich was cut and one was missing the avocado what was ordered. try to call it and says number no longer in service.

Came in to pick up my mobile order that I placed 30minutes prior. I waited by the counter while the ladies ignored me and continued to work on some other mobile order. I was there waiting with a door dash driver. Both my subway app and the door dash app both said our food was ready. But yet no greeting nor was our food ready. I order a lot of subway at a lot of locations this is the worst I’ve been to. The sandwich is okay, not exactly how I ordered it and now with the 30% extra meat it’s supposed to come with. There are better subways close by.

I see that I’m not the only one complaining about the service at this location.
All these darn fast food places require an order through their app to take advantage of any specials or discounts. I hate it but I’m forced to do it their way.
Placed our order online in the parking lot in front of the store on what was beginning to be a very busy lunch at SW. We asked where to pick up online orders and was told they don’t touch them till the order line is cleared. What??
As we sat waiting, we counted 8 people who walked in, ordered & were already eating & still our order wasn’t being filled. (Mind you the workers already knew we were there.) We got into line as people still were lining up behind us, at least 6, and finally got our sandwiches.
What kind of practice is this? We had already ordered, already paid, and had let them know we were there yet there was no intention to start our order until the line was empty.
The young women at the counter were very friendly but I’m there to get what I already paid for in a timely fashion.
We won’t go back when there is another location a couple of blocks away way & Jersey Mike’s across the street.
