I have had horrible service every single time i have ate or ordered from both of the crosby locations. Either the ingredients aren’t there or the service is just very lack luster in general. I have gave them both many tries because i truly do like subway but i am done trying to eat subway in Crosby.

The man that was working this shift was absolutely horrible from the moment we walked in. Didn’t even bother to greet just proceeded to saying what they did not have available which was literarly the whole subway bar. Then when we said thats fine he said “I have this online order to make first” which is fine but he went to the counter instead and talk to this girl for 5 whole minutes before starting the order. Whoever be hiring these employees clearly do not give a damn. Him and this girl just having a horrible conversation using nothing but vulgar language while my 9 year old was with me.

I ordered through Uber eats, and it had nothing to do with the driver, but with the store. It’s the worst subway experience I had had. The sandwich weighed maybe 3 ounces and was mostly just bread, they were out of half of what I ordered and it was put together with so little care and effort, I was pretty surprised. I will definitely find a different location next time. This one was just not okay.

I ordered a Philly steak sub for pick up and what we receive was a bread and sauce only( you can see that in the pictures).. also the pick up order was not ready at the time of pick up ,or she said she didn’t even check the online orders …

I have been there a few times, but the last 2 times I ordered online and was horrible, I had to wait more than 30 minutes after the time they said will be ready…. When I got to the store it was full and even that I ask for my order they continue attending the people that was getting to the store, supposedly I ordered ahead to get my food fast and they were attending the other customers…. Until they finished with the other customers, they started doing my order and when they finally gave my order it was wrong I had to wait another 5 minutes, when I was on my truck ready to eat my protein bowl was missing the avocado and my son’s subway didn’t have mayonnaise …. I have ordered online in another stores before and this is the only one that this have happened…. This happened 7/17/2021 @ 2:00pm

This is the worst subway I have ever been too … The store stinks, my wife wanted to throw up, it is very hot and humid in that store…. The food was not covered so I noticed when the work went to the back the flies was flying over the meat and vegetables. And for me one of the worst part was that the worker has long dreads which was just dangling over the food as he was preparing my sandwich without any hairnet on. I find that to be disgusting… I ate half of my foot long sandwich and threw the other half away. Bread tasted old, chicken was cold and they only had packages of ranch so the ranch taste funny. I live right up the street and you can bet if I was starving and homeless and they was giving food away for free I would take it. Subway you gots to do better ….

The worst subway I have ever been to. Placed a pick up order. When I arrive, I’m told they are out of most things. I ask for a refund, and the lady says I don’t know how to do that. I ask her to call her manager, she says she does not know how to contact them? Will no return and highly do not recommend.

THE YOUNG LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. TODAY IS AUGUST THE 15TH AT 7 PM.
THE LAST 3 TIMES I WENT IN.HER ATTITUDE IS SO BAD.SHE DOESN’T KNOW THE FORMULA.THEN WHEN YOU TELL HER SHE’S NOT DOING IT RIGHT.SHE GETS EVEN MORE OF AN ATTITUDE.SHE ROLLS HER EYES SHE DOES NOT SMILE.SHE DOESN’T GREET THE CUSTOMER.SHE DOESN’T THINKT TO BE AT WORK.MAYBE SHE SHOULD GO HOME
