This Subways inside a gas station with the seats way on the otherside of the convenience store part of the gas station. Employees were not polite and friendly nor welcoming one lady hispanic I believe even had a little attitude. Not used to encountering this at Subways. The other employee was not rude just not friendly, outgoing, or customer service oriented.

Came here to see if it was true they didn’t accept coupons and they did in fact accept my coupons. The only deal was you have to do it on the menu on the right side for build your sub. It didn’t change anything for me since I wanted to build my own anyways. Also the young guy working there was very well mannered.

This subway won’t honor the coupons you get in the mail. There are lots of attitudes about the whole thing, I understand it’s not the employee’s decision about the coupons, and after I acknowledge that and have moved on… when I was just conversing and making a joke, the employee got really rude. Oh, and the owner is so cheap he told the employees to only put five olives on a foot long sub (just one example). The franchise should take their name away from this owner. After accepting the coupon fact, I still got overcharged by $11, I pointed it out, they mostly fixed it, I was ready to leave, I ended up still being charged extra for toppings I didn’t get. It was right on the receipt.

Limited selection, not all the cheese sauces or bread options are available that they allow you to order online. Zero mask usage by employees during a large spike in covid. My online order didn’t get printed out so it wasn’t made until after I went and asked for it. Other than that they were reasonably quick and friendly. The area seemed clean enough.

I give 2 stars possibly 2 and a half because the staff they hire are all really rude people that look like they hate their lives. They’re not great at communication skills and one girl was super rude to an older woman behind me and there was just 2 of us to serve! Most of the sandwiches we’ve gotten are poorly put together, and super sloppy. If you need a quick sandwich that you don’t care how it looks, this is your quick stop, other than that if I were you I’d take the time to go to the Subway off plantation they’re a little bit better…

Placed an order for delivery. 1 hr later no subway. Called store. They said they didn’t deliver. They called the manager, the manager said they didn’t deliver. They hadn’t even started the order because they didnt deliver. I told them to cancel it and refund me. The server said they were not authorized to do so. She said she would have the manager call me in the morning. I took my family to dinner naturally as now we are starving. When we were eating, 1 MORE hour later, my RING doorbell goes off. The door dash dude was out there. I told him I had cancelled it. He fussed with me about needing to deliver it. I said Dude, you are TWO hours late. I sent him away. The manager calls me and says the door dash guy was trying to deliver my food. I said, No I cancelled it because you don’t deliver.. I said refund my money. She said she was not authorized. She said she would have the owner call me in the morning. What bull. Well nobody called and no one refunded my money. RIP OFF SCAM. Not very ethical. Refused my refund. Never again will I order from here.
