I went into this store Tuesday September 30th at around 5:45-6:00. I had been having a very rough no win kinda day. They young man that helped me that day was so freakin sweet. The store was immaculate the metal and glass in that store was gleaming. I wish I had gotten his name, he was so freakin sweet and just made my evening so much better with his uplifting attitude. I hope this review finds him and he know how appreciative I was to him. Man I love me some subway. Thank you for being a clean store with uplifting employees.

I went to this store on S 35 in Alvin today and had to write a review of the new Manager working there. He has an amazing attitude, great customer service and offered me options on my 6″ BMT I didn’t know existed or were possible. He suggested toasting my sandwich with the garlic ariole sauce on it already and offered oregano and parmesan cheese. I have never tipped at a Subway before but I did today. Funny thing, I had been at another subway store just before I went there. I was ordering the 6″ BMT for $4.99 sub of the day. It rang up at $6.34 plus tax. When I questioned the price, the worker behind the counter stated that WAS wrong. There was another person working there he asked about it. She stated the deal was for a cold cut subway meal only, even though Saturday’s are BMT. I tried to explain to her that is not what the sign says. She was adamant it did. I asked for a manager and one was not available. I tried calling Subway 800 number but they only direct you to app or an email address. So I called another store in town. They stated the deal is 4.99 plus tax. He looked up his system and his said 6.34 + also. He said if I came to his store, he could get that price. Back to the new manager, he told me when I arrived to his store he had already reported the price conflict in the system to headquarters and was going to do right by me. He did 100%. Whoever hired him as a manager did a great hiring for that store. I will always go to this store now. I hope the owner of this store sees this and gives the manager a great kudos for a job well done

Online order: I can’t believe I paid darn near $7 for a salad and barely any lettuce… asked for extra and didn’t get it. I work hard and expect what I pay for. This location barely have anything when you go…. I’ll know next time not to order a salad.

Placed an online order at 6:20pm and it is 7:25pm and I still have not received it. The dine in line has like 7 people, in which several have already left. The service here is very slow, and these young workers are frustrated and with no sense of urgency. I tried to ask for a voucher or anything to make up for the inconvenience, and then was told “don’t worry about it” by this person named Franco. Who by the way seemed like he enjoyed calling a lady customer “mama” multiple times – not very professional. I did not even get a “we are sorry for the inconvenience.” Do better…

This was one of the cleanest subways I have been too. The gentlemen Franco serving us was polite and very passionate about his job. He explained to us that on his downtime he likes to ensure everything is clean including the inside and top of machines. Everything was stocked neatly. His personality is what really made our experience exteodinary. We would definitely recommend eating from here.

Food was good. But I ordered 3 footlongs on the app and waited 20 minutes before going up there and when I got there they didn’t even know they had an online order. They went to the printer for the online tickets and they had 5 of them. So I just went out and sat in my car.

Ok I just gotta say time and time I come in and say ok man this time I am doing a review because everything dang time the workers act like you are bugging them even know it’s have your sandwich your way!!! And so very rude the girl and the man!! I can’t stand it everytime I come in I end up so mad and frustrated and half the time I swear both of them do it on purpose ps please don’t chew gum blowing bubbles while making food either!! Hopefully this reaches whoever owns this place. The young man you had working around 7pm on 9/4/24 was an absolute sandwich beast. Working by himself he was working through a long line and multiple online orders with precision and efficiency. He did it all with absolute professionalism and a great idea. It was really refreshing to witness and with that attitude and work ethic that man is going to make it somewhere. Kudos
