so sad this subway use to be my favorite. The new staff has really brought this place downhill. They jip you the meat. I asked for pepperoni and she only gives me 2 slices.. I asked her about that because I use to work here and know for a fact its 3 slices and the girl had the audacity to lie to me and say no it’s 2 for a 6 inch and 4 for a footlong and the other associate working next to her was snickering and she smiled to her. I will not be coming back to this location.

Do not go to this subway they have childish kids working there that will mess your food up or you will get a sloppy nasty looking sandwich from someone that used to go there frequently its gone to shit now some of the employees will smash your sandwich too like this.

Well at least they finally remodeled after decades before the remodel. It was like going into a dark cave with moss on the ceiling. But as far as the quality of the food well it’s just okay. Nothing to write home about.

If I could do negative star I would I placed an online order went in to pick up made sure I had cash in my wallet to tip before I walked in.i said hello I’m picking up an order and snapped at me and said “what” I said I need to pick up a order and stated my name she pointed and said uh it’s over there and then I had to ask for my cups to go make my own drinks. She clearly had an attitude I have no idea why..got home tea tastes sour food is slopped on the sandwich needless to say we won’t be going back! I work in customer service and that’s unacceptable

Be careful going to this location. Employees are constantly angry. Last time my son and I stopped by, the guy was slamming things the whole time he helped us. So we started using the app. I always get the same sandwich, and the app is great for that because you can save it and reorder it any time. Today I received an over toasted sub. About 30% of the bread was abnormally rock hard. I went back for a replacement and was that just the most horrific experience. Manager, began auguring with me from the start and I simply kept telling her I didn’t want to argue. In the middle of the ordeal one of the male employees yells at me and looks at me like he’s about to jump over the counter and start beating on me. I’m not even sure what I’ve done wrong since I didn’t ask for free food only a replacement or refund if they didn’t want to remake it, but it seems like they need some kind of excitement or something. Not sure, but what I do know is a sandwich is not worth getting possibly assaulted by an employee for not liking their product, or going to jail for something stupid that gets out of hand. Keep you sandwich guys it’s not that big of a deal. From other reviews seem to be the same lady causing a lot of the problems at this location. No wonder she acts the way she does as some of the reviews go back two years. I guess the district manager doesn’t care about the bottom line of making money.
