Put a mobile order in went to pick it up and the place was clean and the lady was nice. However once opening my sandwich I seen the smallest subway sandwich Ive ever had . Probably had about 4 pieces of chicken on it. I’m not sure if it’s because they didn’t make it in front of me they felt they could gyp me or if this is how they normally make their sandwiches. If I would’ve know this I would’ve ordered somewhere else so I could actually have a filling lunch.

This location was spotless clean , when I entered. I went in to simply buy an adam Sandler cup for my wife. And the employee suggested itll be cheaper with the meal since itll only be a dollar. Both Connie and mimi had the absolute best customer service I have ever received in any establishment. These ladies went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I was taken care of. Subway I hope you know Connie and mimi are of great asset to your establishment. This location is out of my way but itll be my go to subway from now on because of these two amazing employees of yours.

Went to pick up my online order. Same as i do 2 or 3 times per week. For over 2 years, never an issue. The one time I went to pick up my order, I asked for a cup of ice. Being that it’s literally 112° outside. The girl told me. They just can’t be given out ice. So.. Not a problem. I can’t just be ordering from you again

Came in with family and friends about 8:40pm on a Sunday. We knew they closed at 10pm. The 2 ladies working kicked us out at 9:15pm and said they needed to close the lobby. Not to mention I was waiting on a pretzel and when it was ready, the young lady yelled so loud from across the lobby for me to come get it. I didn’t mind getting up, but she didn’t have to yell at me the way she did. We asked for the managers name and they said they couldn’t give it to us. POOR customer service all around.
Also on a separate visit during the day, a male worker could care less that his GUN was all out in the open and visibly showing from his belt line.
Don’t need any response from a manager for this post because we aren’t returning here.

Call and started to order my food. They responded if I was ordering. So I said what does it look like I was doing and they answered they didn’t know. And that they didn’t have time to play and I said I didn’t either. I never had any problems before but come to fine out that it was the Manager I was talking to because I got off my car and went inside to talk to the Manager about this. She then apologized and said she couldn’t hear me on the phone and I replied that is what she should have stated at first not just hang up on me. I told her that by treating customers like this she might get fire, she replied she doubt it. This will be my last visit here at 2043 Richey Rd Subway.
