Made a order via mobile app, pick up time 5:35p. My wife arrived to pick up the order at set time and the two employees were on their phone leaned up against the counter. Order had not even been started. Then they argued amongst themselves who was suppose to complete the order. crappy service. Won’t be back. Rather drive to brazoria or sweeny than by here in west columbia. Employees did not apologize for the inconvenience.

I’ve never been angry at a Subway but this location will do it. Home of the 30-minute sub, made by the slowest sandwich artists known to man. I will drive to the next town over to another location moving forward. My sanity depends on it.

A long day, our refrigerator quit and we we’re looking for 1 that we could get without ordering 1, so we made an order online so.we could get a sandwich and go home and eat in comfort. They hadn’t even started our order when we got there. I sent my daughter in to get the food

They stopped carrying flat bread and they added a tip screen when you check out. It doesn’t let you say no tip. You have to go to other screen and tell it 0%.

Giving this location 5 stars because it is so much better than the Brazoria location. It takes me about 5 more minutes to get here, but it is cleaner, they are usually better stocked.

Nothing more annoying than waking into a place that doesn’t great you or acknowledge you’re even there, except this place! I came in there was one “Sandwich Expert” helping a customer in front of me. Soon another “Sandwich Expert” came out from the back. She didn’t acknowledge my presence either. About a minute later their machine spit out an order that she jumped right on to making. Customers in store should always take priority over lazy people’s to go orders!

I absolutely love Subway food. However, this particular store is awful! We’ve actually given it many chances just hoping that we came on a “bad day”. Not the case. Unprofessional staff. Seems most are either not trained properly or just don’t care! They have all the chairs on the tables over an hour before closing time every single day, you can see it through the windows. Tonight specifically, the girl named Makayla was sweeping under our feet in the only spot we could sit (at the bench table). They were out of many items. They emptied the trash cans 40 minutes before closing and we had no place to throw away our trash. Out of ice.
The Manager might want to pay a visit to the store in the evenings especially.
Pitiful, we will make the drive to the next town from now on.
On the last visit they couldn’t toast our sandwiches because they already started cleaning up wayyyy before closing time and their toaster had already been shut down for the evening.

I made the mistake of giving this dump another shot. My bad. I ordered the Supreme Meats, it’s not supposed to have mayo on it but yet here we are again with the mayo mess. Worst Subway ever, they cannot even get their own signature sandwiches right.

Waited almost 10 minutes while Matthew took his sweet time putting bread in the oven for them to not even have bread. I’ve been coming to this one since it opened and that was the worst experience and the slowest employee I’ve seen.

Went here to order several sandwiches. The food was NOT good. The vegetables were below sub par. The bread we wanted was not available and they have no concept of what toasted bread is. This store needs a lot of things but the one thing that stands out is it needs to be CLOSED DOWN or under new management that cares about what they are doing and can offer a proper product.
