The ladies working here are incredibly sweet, kind, and always welcoming. I come to this location almost every day for lunch, and they consistently greet me with a smile and great service. Their hospitality and positive attitude make the whole experience even better. The food is always fresh, and the team truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. One of the best Subway locations around!

Decided to stop at this location while on a tight schedule since it was empty, so I figured it would be a quick in-and-out visit. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all. When a sweet employee finally asked what I would be ordering, she was stopped by another worker who said online orders had to be taken care of before customers in person. There was no apology for the inconvenience.
At that point, I decided to just leave and take my money somewhere else. It’s disappointing that they choose to prioritize customers who aren’t even in the building over someone standing right in front of them—someone they hadn’t even acknowledged to begin with. Very poor customer service.

Extremely disrespectful, no management, online orders first down at matter when you came! standing in line the lady will be calling someone else behind you to order. The guy preparing the sandwich mumbling how he hates his job. I ended up leaving that toxic atmosphere. Good luck to the owner running that business.

This gotta be one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. Tuna, American cheese, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes toasted, then mayo, lettuce, pickles. It was amazing, straight sensational. And the guy working hooked me up right with the sub.

First I stood in line for 20 minutes while the three employees were in the back of the store even though there was a long line, they all came out at the same time and then seen the line and made the comment oops and all started laughing like it was funny to make your guests wait while you were doing god knows what. Then I proceed to order a footlong sub and asked them to put the meat and cheese for the footlong on one half of the bread, I got my veggies which where just being thrown on the sub by the employee and then I asked for honey mustard and the guy put regular mustard only after putting oil on the sub which was not asked for so at that point he had to remake the sub. He made the sub and I went to pay and he tried to charge me for two separate subs instead of my footlong because half only had veggies, I explained no other subway has ever done that I only had him put the meat for the entire sandwich on one side so he got another employee. This kids name was Triston, he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a subway. He got his manager and as I was explaining the situation he kept interrupting and was being a smartass. I asked for his name and store number and he would only give his name. I drive all over the country and visit subways very often and stop at this location often as well but after my experience today I will never visit this location again. Management really needs to do something with that young man. Worst experience ever.

This crew is not ready for the crowd. It’s as if the culture of this crew at this location at the same time of day is smog.
You ask for one thing and they still stand there and look at you.! So I have to read the ingredients to tell them in addition to my extras. It has to be a better Subway to avoid this one

I come here almost everyday at lunch they service is always amazing and the meat and produce is always fresh. The establishment is clean and most importantly the staff is truly amazing!!!!

It I could, I would give a zero. Because here it is, 20 minutes before they close & they’ve locked the doors. I live two minutes up the road so this was going to be dinner for me and my toddler after a long work day, & there’s a woman just blatantly ignoring us at the door. I initially thought she was going to come unlock the door so waited for several minutes before she comes back and they turn the lights off. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate when closing time clearly states 10pm. Will NOT be back!
