They never have soup for no clear reason, they just don’t prepare it cause they just don’t feel like it and during rushes there is no sense of urgency, expect to wait 10 minutes for a sandwich

Guess I don’t go here much. The menu is different,,,, again missing my go to’s. Will have to try a few things to get my favs again. So another trip to Subway will have to happen. Service was great, in and out. The young girl was very efficient Gold stars for her.

I have to drive weekly to Houston from San Antonio for a medical appointment. I have programmed the Subway on HWY 36 S, in Sealy, as a stop on the return from my appts. The produce is always fresh , the staff are polite and efficient, and the facility is always clean.

Came in there and only one lady was working with a line to the door, phone was ringing and she was completing online orders. She was sweet and kept her composure but completely unacceptable. Where is the manager? Where is the franchise owner? Treating this lady like a modern day slave at minimum wage

Maria working behind the counter was very rude when she told me that I could not buy a mini sub without it being a kids meal. I told her that was fine, just give me the meal. Another member of the party wrote on the ticket that she was rude and she confronted me when I left thinking that the comment came from me. I was absolutely humiliated and caught off guard. I had no clue the comment was written, but confronting me over it was not appropriate! I will never return to the store! There’s three other Subways in a five mile radius that I can go to instead.
