I love Subway, but this one really hurt my opinion. I ordered a patty melt and really just got a ham and cheese sub…the cheese was not melted and the bread was only toasted on one side. Sorry Subway. Still love you guys tho..

Service is usually good but one of the ladies up there DID NOT take off her gloves to get the cookies! That’s cross contamination! I do not know her name but she is VERY lazy all she had to do was take off her gloves instead she decided to grab the cookies with her gloves. I did not notice it! I will not be going back there until that woman is gone n somebody catches her!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location SUCKS! For the past three months I have tried over and over again because I love subway but today will be my last visit! The food is hardly ever fresh , all employees including managers are RUDE AND NASTY to all customers not just myself! They do not care about their customers here. I received bread today that had to be at least 3 days old for my foot long sandwiches, I called the store no response and when I went back into the store the manager was so rude and tried to say the bread was toasted, when neither of my sandwiches were toasted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, GO TO ARCOLA WHERE THE FOOD IS FRESH AND SERVICE IS GREAT! This location is TRASH!

On Friday, July 22nd, I had a sweet onion steak teriyaki sandwich combo with a cinnamon sugar pretzel. There was too much sauce on my sub and it made it too sweet. And the sprite was too sweet as well and hardly any carbonation. And the pretzel was poorly made. On Saturday, July 23rd, I had a cheese pizza with a large sprite. Again the drink was too sweet with not much carbonation. The pizza I got was still cold on the first bite. I asked them to give me another one and they brought me one that was SLIGHTLY warmer but you could still taste and tell that the pizza was frozen. On top of that, the bottom of the pizza wasn’t cooked well and became stuck to the paper it was sitting on. That made me have to tear the pizza apart just to eat it. And because the dough was ruined by me tearing it from the paper, the pizza felt like it didn’t have any substance to it. Bad quality of food served 2 days in a row!!!

Very bad costumer service. There was big man. He was very slow and dirt man. I am vegetarian and I told him change your gloves and don’t use meat knife. He was rude with me and throw out my sandwich in front me. I left my sandwich I did not buy. I hate this subway.

The selection of bread was literally none and the veggies looked like they had been sitting out for days. Lettuce was black colored, spinach was frozen, no pepper jack cheese, over baked my bread, workplace was very dirty. Also, I asked the girl if she had wheat bread she replied they didn’t have none and maybe another location for sure will have some.
I’m a subway restaurant regular 6 times a week!!
I visit the Pasadena location on fairmont pkwy and that staff has it down to a tee compared to the staff that helped me out this on this location was by far the worse experience. I’ll never be visiting this location ever the only reason it’s in business due to it being inside Walmart.

The prices have become ridiculously high, and to top it off, they expect tips of 15% or more–even though their entire job is to stand there and make a sandwich and ring you up. That’s it. Ridiculous. I can get a whole pizza for what they charge for a single, average-tasting sandwich.
