My 1st time there . Line was almost to the front door. Only 2 people working behind the counter. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich. They did put in microwave. When I got to my office that is 2 minutes away. My sandwich was super cold. What is the reason sandwich was put in microwave if sandwich is very cold. The chicken was cold. I had to use the microwave at work to heat up the sandwich. Very unsatisfied with this place.

I thought seeing a Hispanic attendant meant having a nice treatment, but apparently asking them a question gets them in a bad mood. I just wanted to know which sandwich was which as this was an order for more than one person but she said “We don’t do that”. Ma’am, I thought you just made my sandwich.

The worst service and customer experience I have ever received at a Subway location.
I placed my order online and came to the store to pick it up. When I arrived, my two sandwiches were not ready. The employee told me that they were not going to give me my order, even though it had already been paid for. The employee then called the store manager, and the manager also refused to give me my order.
As a result, I was forced to pay again in the store, meaning I paid twice for the same order, and on top of that, I received extremely poor and unprofessional customer service.
I will never return to this location. It is very important for Subway as a company to review and investigate these practices, because what these employees and managers are doing is taking advantage of customers and essentially stealing from them.
I am attaching my order as evidence to show that what I am stating is completely true.

I just placed a order with this subway in brookshire TX to receive notice after that the order was canceled because supposedly they was to busy to do my order.It doesn’t matter how busy you are your supposed to fix every order ,it was the fact that they didn’t want to do they didn’t.Get your store together or shut it down!

Sunday 12302018 this location is close at 8:31 pm. And I know for they schedule time they have to be open till 10 pm. I drove 15 mnts from the country side because is the closes one next to where I live. Well have to go to the Katy mills next time. What a drag….
