Thoroughly enjoyed the extra care Valerie put into the experience today. Was expecting a subway sandwich- wrapped in a bag- nope! In a great way!! She put it in a boat, served it with napkins and chips- great presentation. Fantastic portioning and even creation for a consistent bite across the sandwich. Totally surprised me. Great job Valerie!

Ordered online, picked up our food and my sandwhich wasn’t cut, and there was a meatball in it… I didn’t order meatballs. The other sandwich was also very poorly made and tasted awful, but hey, at least they cut that one, right?

The manager Sarah is amazing. Since she’s been here she’s turned this store around big time I’ve seen more people coming here and the staff is friendly. Sarah is great and she’s doing an amazing job hope she continues to work here

I just even know what to say, at the end of the day my sandwich was a reck started off good but the young guy making my sandwich destroyed it!! Way to much mustard and I was like just spread it he puts more, the salt and pepper I think I got 1/2 of the shaker! Like I’m funny bout my food but I tried to remain chill and instead of snapping I just paid and left and got into my car and removed my veggies which was only lettuce and pickles and dumped it out side on the ground! I understand training but they acted slow, dead and just ready to go home i went in about 830! Enough time to handle your customers properly and still get things shut down!! Will not be returning I would love to send a pic

Best customer service I ever experienced at a subway. The young Hispanic lady with the glasses was so sweet and wonderful to order with. She offered only the freshest options for all the food. Phenomenal!

Omg this place right here. And thats how I will start it off. It’s Saturday July 1st 7:21 P.M. there are 2 young males working here the guy with the glasses is helpful and polite the other guy is rude no personality and a customer walks in and the guy continues to make his online order for a person who is not there yet and leaves the customer just waiting. He didn’t even acknowledge the customer. Or greet nothing! Just rude. Anyways they had no chocolate chip cookies which is fine no big deal and no wheat bread I guess that’s fine I guess. But my total is 5.28 I only have 10 dollars cash so I got my change back in literally change (quarters, nickels, dimes) lol idk what’s going on here poor service and do not want to forget but my bread is rock hard so it’s just a horrible experience all together will never be back here again. “Zero stars”-

I don’t understand it. Been here several times and each time there’s a man working here with his pants at his knees. He’s wearing a belt so he’s doing it on purpose. It’s disgusting, I shouldn’t know his underwear is red.
